  • This Capture Extra Storage Promotion (“Promotion”) is organised by Digi Telecommunications Sdn. Bhd. (201283-M) ("Digi") in collaboration with Telenor Digital AS (“TD”), the internet based storage service provider of the Capture App (“Capture”) and is governed by these terms and conditions and any subsequent accompanying promotion details (if any) (collectively referred to as the “Terms”) as provided by Digi and/or Capture (“Organisers”). Each participant of this Promotion agrees that he/she has read and understood these Terms and by their participation in the Promotion, each participant agrees to be bound by the Terms.
  • This Promotion is open to all individuals legally residing in Malaysia, who are existing Digi subscribers and new Subscribers whom upgrades their Smartplan and/or signs up with Digi whichever that’s applies) in the manner as set out in below within the Promotion Period (“Eligible Recipients”).

1. What is Capture?

Capture is storage service that backups your photos & videos from your phone either through WiFi and / or cellular data. You can also share your photos privately to another user and create Stories through an album.
 

2. Is Capture free?

Yes. It is free. All users including non-Digi subscribers may download and use Capture for free. All users will be given a base storage of 2GB for free.
 

3. I get an error message when I try to register

Do you get this message when you try to register?
 
"We are sorry, but we are unable to create a user with this mobile number/email combination. Press OK to read about how to solve this, or press Cancel to try again with another email."
 
This message will appear if there already exists an account with your phone number, but with a different email address bound to it or the other way around. You can do one of two things to solve this:
 
Try to reset your password by pressing "Forgotten password" in the application/program on the login window. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
 
If this doesn't work, contact customer support. Include your phone number and any email addresses you might have registered with so that we can check the system and help you complete your registration process.
 

4. I have problem downloading installing Capture on my phone

5. Do I get extra storage in Capture?

Yes. If you’re an eligible Digi subscriber, you may receive extra storage offered to you on top of the standard 2GB free base storage. 
 

6. Can I purchase extra storage in Capture?

Yes. You may purchase additional storage from the web shop through Capture.
 

7. How much of free extra storage am I eligible for?

The amount of free extra storage you will receive depends on your subscription plans as stated in the Terms and Conditions and from the website. Note that this eligibility may be revised from time to time.
 

8. I am a Digi Prepaid subscriber. Am I eligible for extra storage?

Yes.

9. I am a Digi Postpaid subscriber. Am I eligible for extra storage?

Yes.

10. How do I receive the extra storage?

Just send the keyword “CAPTURE” to 20000 via SMS and you will receive instructions on how to activate your extra storage.
 

11. I have installed and registered in the Capture app, but I did not receive my extra storage.

Please check inside the app and see if your storage size is updated. If not, please send the keyword “CAPTURE” to 20000 via SMS and you will receive instructions on how to activate your extra storage.
 
 

12. Is there an expiry to my extra storage received?

The extra storage will be available to you for free until further notice.

13. Is there an expiry to my extra storage coming from promo redemptions?

Your extra storage received from redeeming a promo code will expire 1 year from the day you that you redeem the code. Please note that the promo codes that you may have received as part of other offers is not to be confused with the extra storage given from your eligible plans. 
 

14. Will I continue to enjoy the extra storage after the promotion period?

You will lose the extra storage once the promotion end. However, you may purchase additional storage from the web shop through Capture.
 

15. Will I continue to enjoy the extra storage after my Digi line is terminated?

You will lose the extra storage that you were eligible for. However, you may purchase additional storage from the web shop through Capture.
 

16. Will this take up my internet quota?

At the moment, it does not take up your internet quota.
