WEEKLY AND MONTHLY UNLIMITED OFFERS

The Weekly and Monthly Unlimited Offers (defined below) are available to Digi Prepaid Customers only.

The types as well as details of Weekly and Monthly Unlimited Offers are appended in the table below:-

(All offers specified in the table above shall collectively be referred to as “Weekly and Monthly Unlimited Offers”.)

Digi reserves the right to modify, amend, change, remove, suspend or cancel any plan from the eligible plans as specified in the table above without any prior notice and consent of the Customers.
4.
In view of general concerns of possible abuse by certain Customers, this Weekly and Monthly Unlimited Offers are subjected to the following,:-
4.1. the allocation of call time for ‘Unlimited’ Digi–Digi Calls are capped at 1000 minutes.
5.
Digi reserves the right to adjust, amend, change or modify the conditions stated under Clause 4.1 at any time without notice to the Customers.
6.
The fee for any Weekly and Monthly Unlimited Offers shall be deducted from the Customer‘s credit balance. However, Digi reserves the absolute right and discretion to revise the pricing of Weekly and Monthly Unlimited Offers for any reason whatsoever without the consent of and notice to the Customers. For the avoidance of doubt, the Customers are not entitled to use the amount available in their FREE Talktime to off–set the fee for any Weekly and Monthly Unlimited Offers.

The validity period of each Weekly and Monthly Unlimited Offer is stated as per the table above and shall commence upon the successful transaction.
8.
The Weekly and Monthly Unlimited Offers shall be renewed automatically according to its validity stated in the table above. Digi will send an SMS notification upon successful renewal. However, Digi does not guarantee the timeliness of the renewal and shall not bear any responsibility for any damages incurred directly or indirectly due to a delayed or failed renewal for any reason whatsoever.
9.
In the event of a failed renewal due to insufficient credit in the Customer’s account or the Customer’s account is suspended due to its account validity, Digi will resume the renewal of such Weekly and Monthly Unlimited Offer once the Customer has made the necessary top up or reload.
10.
All Weekly and Monthly Unlimited Offer purchased are on auto–renewed subscription. THE CUSTOMERS MUST TERMINATE THEIR SUBSCRIPTION IF THEY WISH TO DISCONTINUE THEIR SUBSCRIPTION, via Digi's UMB channel (*116# OR *128#), MyDigi mobile application, MyDigi web (https://connect.telenordigital.com/id/heidetect?action=aborthei) or call in to Digi's Customer Service (by dialing +6016-2211800).
11.
The Weekly and Monthly Unlimited Offers cannot be transferred to any other mobile number.
12.
The Weekly and Monthly Unlimited Offers are valid for domestic Internet and calls usage only. The Customers shall be charged based on the Internet access rate imposed by the respective Digi’s roaming operators for Internet usage whilst roaming with Digi’s roaming partners.
13.
Each Customer acknowledges that the following Weekly and Monthly Unlimited Offers involve services provided by third party service providers:-
13.1. “Unlimited” Internet Calls;
13.2. “Unlimited” Social;
13.3. “Unlimited” Video; and
13.4. “Unlimited” Music;
14.
Further to Clause 13 above, each Customer acknowledges and agrees that Digi does not warrant and/or guarantee the availability or quality of any third party service providers’ services. By using any third party service providers’ services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees that Digi shall have no liability towards any third party service providers’ services and the use of any third party service providers’ services is between the Customer and such third party service provider.
15.
The Customers acknowledge and agree that the pricing of any Weekly and Monthly Unlimited Offers does not include any subscription fee (if any) to any third party service providers and such subscription fee shall be borne by the Customers.
16.
With regard to the list of third party service provider(s) for the respective Weekly and Monthly Unlimited Offers (where applicable), the Customers may refer to the following:-
16.1. for Video Freedom, please refer http://new.digi.com.my/apps/video-freedom;
16.2. for Music Freedom, please refer http://new.digi.com.my/apps/music-freedom;
16.3. for Social services, Only Facebook and Twitter are available; and
16.4. for internet calls, only Whatsapp and WeChat are available.
17.
Digi reserves the sole and absolute right to cease, alter, cancel, suspend or substitute any third party service providers’ services at any time without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, such cessation, alteration, cancellation, suspension or substitution by Digi does not entitle the Customers to any claim or compensation against Digi (in cash or in kind) for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Customers as a direct or indirect result of the act of cessation, alteration, cancellation, suspension or substitution.
18.
Digi shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever to any party for any claims, proceedings, loss, damage, costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the utilization of the third party service provider’s services.
19.
Each Customer acknowledges and agrees that all other terms and conditions stipulated on the General Digi Prepaid service and/or the Digi Prepaid Mobile Internet plans will apply.
20.
Digi shall not be responsible in any way in the event that the purchase of any Weekly and Monthly Unlimited Offers is activated by a third party without his/her consent. Digi shall not refund nor compensate the Customer in any manner whatsoever in such situations.
21.
The Weekly and Monthly Unlimited Offers are provided on an "as is" basis and Digi does not guarantee or warrant that there shall be no problems, defects or errors in the usage provided by this subscription and/or its offers. Digi shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever for the loss incurred directly or indirectly for such failure or any problems associated to the network in any way whatsoever.

By subscribing to any Weekly and Monthly Unlimited Offers, the Customers acknowledge that they understand the terms and conditions herein as well as the General Terms, including but not limited to Privacy Statement which are available on Digi’s website at https://new.digi.com.my/cs/Satellite/Page/tnc/default/tnc_general_all, and agree to abide by them.
23.
Digi reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions of Weekly and Monthly Unlimited Offers, including but not limited to any feature for this Weekly and Monthly Unlimited Offers from time to time without prior notice to the Customers as it deems fit. Continued use of any Weekly and Monthly Unlimited Offers and/or service following any changes to these terms and conditions constitutes an acceptance to those changes (if any). The Customers are advised to visit this page periodically to review the terms and conditions.
