It has come to our attention that there has been SMS being sent to customer using the Celcom sender with content about Rewards points, kindly take note that CelcomDigi is not the sender of the SMS and we are not associated to the offers on the SMS. Please do not click on the fraudulent site and kindly ignore the SMS while we investigate this matter. We take the security and privacy of our customers very seriously, and it is crucial for us to inform you about this situation to ensure your safety and protection.

New SST Charges​

As announced by the government, effective 1 March 2024, the SST rate will increase from 6% to 8%. The service tax increment will not affect Telecommunication Services. However, it will affect some content and VAS services.​

Digi’s customer care hotline (016-2211800) is now operating from 7AM to 12AM Monday to Sunday

Dear valued customer, effective 30th October, Digi’s customer care hotline will only be available from 7AM to 12AM, Monday to Sunday instead of 24 hours. Outside of these hours, you can browse through our Help Center to get information or drop us a ticket via Enquiry Form to raise your request. If you are travelling overseas, reach us by dialing *125# with no extra charges. MyDigi app is also available anytime for you to check your bill, make payment, top-up prepaid credits, purchase data add-ons, check quota and much more.

Jika anda mangsa penipuan siber, sila hubungi Pusat Respons Scam Kebangsaan (NSRC) di talian 997 yang beroperasi setiap hari termasuk cuti umum, dari jam 8.00 pagi sehingga jam 8.00 malam.

Dear customers, please be informed that short message services (SMS) from local, international mobile numbers and sender codes that contain URL links, personal details, and/or phone numbers will be blocked. This directive has been issued by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) as an initiative aimed at reducing online scams.
