DG Prepaid SmartPlan

General

DG Prepaid SmartPlan do not have main balance, all your reload will be converted into Internet data (KB), calls (mins), SMS (units) and MMS (units) quotas based on individual reloads as per the chart:
 
2. For all Internet Data , voice, SMS, and MMS usage policy please refer to the section below. Digi reserves the right to change the usage policy from time to time without prior notice or any liability whatsoever.
3. For the purpose of this Plan, the reload coupon validity and its quotas will be as stated on the website at www.digi.com.my ("the Website") and not as stated on the back of your reload coupon. The terms on the Website shall take precedence over the terms on your reload coupon for the purposes of this plan.

In the event there is any remaining unused quota after the validity period of the reload coupon, all unused quotas will be forfeited which includes Internet Data, Voice Calls and SMS.
5. For every reload to your DG Prepaid SmartPlan a comparison of the remaining validity period of the reload coupon with the validity period of your new reload from your new reload coupon will be carried out. The longest validity period from the two validity periods of the reload coupons will take effect.
6. For the avoidance of doubt, the Digi Prepaid SmartPlan shall be terminated after the 60 days from the expiration of the validity period of the reload coupon and any remaining unused internet quota after expiry of the validity period of the reload coupon shall be forfeited.
7. Existing Digi prepaid Subscribers are not allowed to upgrade their current prepaid plan to DG Prepaid SmartPlan. The same restriction applies to existing DG Prepaid SmartPlan downgrades to other Digi Prepaid™ Plans.
8. Subscribers of DG Prepaid SmartPlan will not be able to use for any CPA charges like Callertunes or subscription which required charging of main balance.

Subscribers are allowed to reload via other reload methods beside the reload coupon. In the event Subscribers reload in amounts that differ from the recommended reload amounts(RM10, RM30, RM50 or RM100), the quota and validity will be slightly different, please see the chart here:
 
 
10. Subscribers that are reloading Super Reload or any special reloads that give additional freebies will not be granted the said freebies in the reload coupon.
11. Subscribers under this call plan shall not be able to activate multi-party conferencing.
12. All other terms and conditions stipulated on the DG Prepaid SmartPlan and the Fair Usage Policy* pages will apply.
13. This service is provided on an "as is" basis and Digi does not guarantee or warrant that there shall be no problems, defects or errors in the usage provided by this subscription. Digi shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever for the loss incurred directly or indirectly for such failure or any problems associated to the network in any way whatsoever.
14. By subscribing to this service, the Subscribers acknowledge that they understand the terms & conditions herein and agree to abide by it.
15. Digi reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice as it deems fit.
   

SIM Card Lifecycle

1. Upon activation of a SIM card, the status of SIM card will be updated to Active state that will last for a 5-day period. Active state means customer allows to make outgoing and incoming calls or SMS or any type of services including internet access.
2. If there is no reload activities performed after the Active state and with credit balance available in the SIM card, then the status will be changed to Restricted Due To Validity (R1) state.
3. If during the Active state but before end of Active state validity period, customer has utilized all the credit balance then the status of SIM card will be changed to Restricted Due To Balance (R1) state.
4. From the date of Restricted Due To Validity or Restricted Due To Balance state, customers are given up to 90 days to receive incoming calls and SMS but no outgoing transactions are allowed unless reload is performed.
5. Upon reaching 90 days validity period, if there is still no reload activities performed, the status of SIM card will be changed to Expired (R2) whereby customer will not be allowed to receive incoming or outgoing calls or SMS except for automated SMS from Digi.
6. After the Expired state, the status of the SIM card will be changed to Terminated state and customer will not be able to obtain back the mobile number or any remaining credit balance or freebies in the SIM card.
   

Internet Usage Policy

1. The Subscriber(s) acknowledges that Internet usage will be blocked upon reaching the Internet data quota reloaded.
2. DG Prepaid SmartPlan Internet data is used solely for domestic data access purposes. The internet data will not be usable if you are roaming outside of Malaysia.
3. For the avoidance of doubt, this the calculation that Digi uses to calculate the kilobytes for the internet data quota is as follows:
  • 1GB = 1,024MB
  • 1MB = 1,024KB
  • 1GB = 1,048,576KB
   

Voice Calls Usage Policy

1. The Subscriber(s) acknowledges that Voice call usage will be blocked upon reaching the given Minutes reloaded.
2. DG Prepaid SmartPlan Voice call minutes are used solely for domestic calls to all networks. These voice calls are not valid for international calls or for Roaming outside of Malaysia.
3. The Charging Block for DG Prepaid SmartPlan is 60sec/block. Digi reserves the right to adjust the charging block at anytime without prior notice or any liability to the Subscriber whatsoever.
   

SMS usage policy

1. The Subscriber(s) acknowledges that SMS usage will be blocked upon reaching the given numbers SMS reloaded.
2. DG Prepaid SmartPlan SMS is used solely for domestic calls to all network. This SMS will not be usable to Send message any international number or Roaming outside Malaysia
