Connect ID

What is Connect ID?
Connect ID is Telenor Digital’s log in service that is used on all services provided by Telenor Digital.
What should I do if I am unable to log in?
If you are unable to log in, please try resetting your password. If this doesn’t solve the problem, please contact our Customer Service.
What is a verification code and why do I need one?
A verification code is one time PIN code that you’ll receive via SMS during registration and during login the first 30 days after registration (only while you haven’t set a password). This code is used to verify your phone number.
How do I reset my Password?
To reset your password, visit, enter your email address and click "Forgotten password?" below the password field. An email will be sent to the entered email address with instructions on how to set a new password.
You can also click on "Phone login" and enter your mobile phone number instead. The instructions will still be sent to the email address associated with your email address.
This can also be done from the login screen on your iOS and Android app, as well as on the Windows and Mac application.
I get an error message when I click“Forgotten password?” What should I do?
When you register, you have to insert your phone number and email address. You will receive a one-time PIN code from us via SMS. You have to enter this one-time PIN code in order to verify your phone number. After verifying the one-time PIN code, you are logged into Connect ID and you can enjoy the services provided by Telenor Digital.

Simultaneously you'll get an email from us with a verification link that you have to click in order to verify your email address and set your password. If you log out of the service and try to log back in without verifying your email address and setting a password, you'll get an error message when asking for a new password. Try searching for the verification email in your inbox or spam folder to complete the registration. If you can't find it, contact customer service and we'll help you with a new verification link.
I get an error message when I try to register, what should I do?
Is this the message you get when trying to register?
"We are sorry, but we are unable to create a user with this mobile number/email combination. Press OK to read about how to solve this, or press Cancel to try again with another email."
This message will appear if there is already an existing account with your phone number, but with a different email address bound to it or the other way around. You can try one of the following options to solve this:
(i) Try to reset your password by clicking "Forgotten password?" in the application/program on the login window. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
(ii) Contact customer support. Include your phone number and any email addresses you might have registered with so that we can check the system and help you complete your registration.
