What's the difference between a Hello Malaysia Traveller’s Pack SIM card that is activated before 1 March 2013 and one that is activated on or after 1 March 2013?
A Hello Malaysia Traveller’s Pack SIM card that is activated before 1 March 2013 will be granted RM5 talktime, whereas a SIM card that is activated on or after 1 March 2013 will be granted RM6 talktime and a FREE 2-day Internet trial (limited to 150MB/day).

After you have registered, you need to activate your SIM card by making a call to any number. This will allow you access to a setup menu. After you have gone through this setup process (known as "First Call Activation"), you will be eligible for the FREE Internet for two (2) days automatically.

From 8 October 2013 onwards, new subscribers will enjoy FREE Internet for two (2) days when they activate their DiGi® Easy Prepaid lines.

What's the difference between a DiGi® Best Prepaid SIM card that is activated before 1 March 2013 and one that is activated on or after 1 March 2013?
A DiGi® Best Prepaid SIM card that is activated before 1 March 2013 will be granted RM5 talktime, whereas a SIM card that is activated on or after 1 March 2013 will be granted RM6 talktime and FREE Internet for two (2) days (limited to 150MB/day).
I bought a DiGi® Best Prepaid starter pack before 1 March 2013, but I have not activated my SIM card yet. Will I get to enjoy the new offering if I activate it now?
Yes. Any DiGi® Best Prepaid SIM card that is activated after 1 March 2013 will be granted RM6 talktime and FREE Internet for two (2) days (limited to 150MB/day).
I am an existing DiGi® Best Prepaid customer. Will I be affected by this change in any way?
No. You will not be affected by this change in any way.
Are there differences between the rates and features of a DiGi® Best Prepaid line activated before 1 March 2013 and one that is activated on or after 1 March 2013?
No. The rates and features are the same.
I bought a DiGi® Best Prepaid starter pack today. Why did the dealer charge me RM10.80 when the pack shows RM8.50?
It is likely that the starter pack is missing a price revision sticker. Please be assured that it will still grant you RM6 talktime and FREE Internet for two (2) days as long as your SIM card is activated on or after 1 March 2013.
 
However, it is advisable to check your balance after activation to ensure that it is a genuine starter pack from DiGi.

I bought a DiGi® Best Prepaid starter pack today. What do I need to do in order to be eligible for the FREE Internet for 2 days?
After you have registered, you need to activate your SIM card by making a call to any number. This will allow you access to a setup menu. After you have gone through this setup process (known as "First Call Activation"), you will be eligible for the FREE Internet for two (2) days automatically.
 
Note: Applicable to activations on or after 1 March 2013 only. Please wait for a confirmation text message before accessing the Internet.
How much Mobile Internet can I use in those two days? Is it unlimited?
You will be granted 150MB per day. Any unutilised data will automatically expire at 11.59pm on the day of free data granting.
What happens if my usage exceeds 150MB?
Upon exceeding 150MB, standard Mobile Internet charges will apply. You will be charged a maximum of RM8 daily. Once you have reached RM8, you will enjoy FREE unlimited Internet until the cycle resets at 12.00am (midnight). You may subscribe to a Mobile Internet plan by dialing *116#.
Will I be notified when my FREE Internet quota is running low?
No notifications will be sent. You are advised to check the balance of your FREE Internet quota regularly by dialling *128*1*5# from your mobile device, and then press SEND/CALL.
During the FREE Internet for 2 days, what would my Internet speed be like?
You will have an Internet speed of 384kbps (on a best effort basis).

Internet quota used by the WhatsApp Messenger application will not consume your bundled Internet quota.

How do I download the WhatsApp application with DG Prepaid SmartPlan?

What happens if I exhausted my quota (Internet, voice and SMS) before the end of my validity period?
Once you have exhausted your quota, you will still be able to enjoy FREE access to WhatsApp until the end of your validity. However, please reload to resume your Internet, voice and SMS services.
What happens if I reload before the end of my validity period?
If you reload before the end of your current validity period, your expiry date will be extended based on the new reload amount. Rest assured that your quota can be carried forward from the previous reload.
What happens if I did not finish my quota before the end of validity period?
All quota will be accumulated until you hit the maximum capacity of 4GB Internet quota, 300 mins of voice calls and 300 SMS.
 
For example: You have an existing quota of 100MB, 10 mins and 10 SMS. You reload RM30, which gives you 1GB, 60 mins and 60 SMS and. Therefore, your new quota will be 1.1GB, 70 mins and 70 SMS.
What happens to my accumulated quota if I exceed the maximum capacity?
All additional quota after hitting maximum capacity will be forfeited.
 
For example: You have an existing quota of 2.2GB, 250 mins and 100 SMS. You reload RM50, which gives you 2GB, 100 mins and 100 SMS. Therefore, your new quota will be 4GB (200MB forfeited), 300 mins (50 mins forfeited) and 200 SMS.
Do I still get bundled MMS when I reload my DG Prepaid SmartPlan?
The revised DG Prepaid SmartPlan does not include bundled MMS – we encourage all subscribers to utilise the FREE access to WhatsApp instead.
How do I subscribe to CallerTunes™ or any additional services from DiGiLiVE?
Unfortunately, DG Prepaid SmartPlan does not allow subscriber to subscribe to any services from DiGiLiVE.
Why did I only receive RM20 worth of quota when I reload RM22 into DG Prepaid SmartPlan?
Reloading in odd values will not affect the bundled quota – you are advised to reload RM10, RM30, RM50 or RM100 to optimise the quota granted to you.
Is friends and family™ applicable to DG Prepaid SmartPlan?
Unfortunately, friends and family™ does not apply to DG Prepaid SmartPlan.
Is Birthday Bonus™ and Reload Bonus™ applicable to DG Prepaid SmartPlan?
Currently, Birthday Bonus™ and Reload Bonus™ do apply to DG Prepaid SmartPlan - however rest assured that we are in the midst of preparing a special bonus offer for all DG Prepaid SmartPlan subscribers.
I have exhausted my SMS quota. Can I convert my Internet quota into additional SMS or vice versa?
No, you may not convert your allocated quota for other services.
Can I port over to DG Prepaid SmartPlan from another network?
Yes. You can sign up for DG Prepaid SmartPlan by porting over to DiGi via MNP.
Can I switch my DiGi® Best Prepaid and DiGi® Easy Prepaid to DG Prepaid SmartPlan?
