What type of payment options are available to me if I sign up iPhone 6/6Plus?
The payment options available to you are cash, credit card, full easy payment plan (EPP) and device only easy payment plan (EPP) . As for device only EPP, there are 2 installment options: 12 months or 24 months.

Yes, you are able to change your rate plan to Digi Smart Plan 98 and upgrade to iPhone 6s/6s Plus but you are required to terminate your existing contract and a premature contract termination fee will be charged.

No, iPhone 6s/6s Plus is only applicable for purchase when you sign up Digi Smart Plan on a 12/24months contract.

If your current SIM Card format does not match your new device, you will need to switch to the new SIM Card provided (Example: switching from iPhone 4s to iPhone 6s).

Switching is FREE – there are no fees associated with switching to Digi.
What do I do with my new SIM card?
- Once you receive your new SIM Card, login to your MyDigi account and go to “Store & Orders” page (digi.my/order). Click on “Activate my SIM” to start your switching (port-in) process to Digi.
How long does it take for the port-in process to be completed?
- Your switch will be completed within seven (7) business days. Don't worry - your mobile service will not be interrupted during this process!
- The check your port-in status, login to your MyDigi account and go to “Store & Orders” page (digi.my/order). Your MNP status will be displayed alongside your order details.
- If the port-in has failed due to reasons such as account blacklisted, wrong NRIC number or contract-related matters, please refer to your current network operator for further assistance.
When will I get my device?
- You will only receive you device once the port-in process in completed. Your device will be delivered to you after your line has been activated.
Can I get a refund if my mobile number was not port-in successfully?
