Discontinuation of BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS)

Dear Sir/Madam,
The BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) is being discontinued on 31 March 2016. BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) and e-mail will function as per normal on a BlackBerry OS10 device without BIS, or alternatively, through other mobile platforms including Android, iOS and Windows Phone.
If you wish to maintain your current device, you can still receive or make voice calls and SMS. Otherwise, you are most welcomed to check out our special offer to upgrade your device. You can read about the offer when you visit our website, digi.my/phones
