GST Prepaid Services

With reference to the budget announcement by the Prime Minister regarding GST on prepaid services today, Digi will work closely with the Ministry of Communications and Multimedia Malaysia (KKMM), and the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) on implementation of the new directive from 1 January until 31 December 2016.

From now until 31 December 2015, the 6% GST on value of reload remains (ie RM10 reload value will be RM10.60). Digi is committed to expedite the implementation of the new directive by 1 January 2016.
