Can I use the new Digi Postpaid plan to access the Internet when I am roaming? Will I be charged extra?
Yes, you can use the new Digi Postpaid plan to access the Internet when you are roaming. You will be charged at RM36/country/day for unlimited Internet roaming when you roam at selected countries OR you may subscribe to Roam10 and enjoy Unlimited Social Messaging on any social media such as Whatsapp, Twitter, Facebook etc at RM10 (24hours) at selected countries. Every day you get to enjoy Unlimited voice calls and SMS to both on-net and off-net numbers i.e. all mobile calls and SMS to Digi or other mobile operators including fixed lines (excludes video calls, special numbers and toll-free 1-300/1-800 number calls). Yes. Device bundle contract will be offered with Digi Postpaid plans.
I have an existing HTC/Samsung/other smartphones. Can I subscribe to the new Digi Postpaid plan?
Yes, you can. The new Digi Postpaid plan is also available for plan-only sign up.
What is an upfront payment?
An upfront payment is required when you purchase a device bundle with a selected plan. No waiver is applicable and it will be returned to you in the form of rebates throughout your contract tenure.
I want to purchase the new Digi Postpaid plan device bundle. Do I have to make any upfront payment?
Yes, an upfront payment is applicable for the new Digi Postpaid plan device bundle upon subscription. You will be required to make an Upfront Payment for your device along with a one-month monthly fee when you sign up for Digi Postpaid plan device bundle.
Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up with the new Digi Postpaid plan?
You will be tied to 12 month or 24 months contract when you sign up the new Digi Postpaid plan device bundle of your choice. If you sign up plan-only with no contract, you will not be tied to any contract.
Will there be a penalty if I terminate my contract before the end of my tenure?
Yes, you will incur pre-mature termination fee if you terminate your contract before the end of your tenure. The rates are as below in the table:

Eligible subscribers are only required to pay for the Digi Phone Price instead of the Total Upfront Payment. Device upfront payment is waived.
What does the ‘Device purchase with upfront payment’ refer to?
Device purchase with upfront payment is applicable to all new and existing Digi Postpaid subscribers with less than 12 months tenure with Digi. During sign up for Digi Postpaid 148 or Digi Postpaid 238 on a 24months contract, subscribers are required to pay the Total Upfront Payment. There is no waiver on device upfront payment
Can I register for supplementary lines under the new Digi Postpaid plan?

What happens if I have a balance Internet quota of more than the maximum allowable limit to be rolled over?
Any extra Internet quota more than the allowable limit will be forfeited.
 
Example: If you have our Digi Postpaid 98 More Internet plan with 10GB of Internet quota and you only used 5GB, you will rollover 4GB to the next bill cycle for a total of 14GB to be used within the next bill cycle. 1GB balance will be forfeited.
How can I check how much Internet quota was rolled over from my previous month?
The amount of Internet quota rolled over will be reflected in MyDigi or you may dial *200*1# to check.
How many times can I rollover my unutilized Internet quota?
Your unutilized Internet quota will be automatically rolled over to the next bill cycle, once every bill cycle (provided you stay active on the same plan).
I have unutilized Internet quota which I rolled over from my previous bill cycle. Will I get to continue to rollover this quota?
No. Internet quota will rollover for one bill cycle only. Any unutilized rollover Internet quota will be forfeited automatically thereafter.
When do I lose my Internet Rollover quota?
Internet Rollover quota expires after one bill cycle, when you change your plan, or when you terminate your line.
Internet Rollover quota expires when I change my plan. Does that apply to signing up or removing devices from my rate plan?
No, signing up for device bundle contract or terminating device contract to/from your existing Digi Postpaid plan does not affect rollover Internet quota.
 
Here are some examples of device changes in which you keep your rollover Internet quota:
-    You sign up for a new device bundle contract to your existing Digi Postpaid plan

I have finished my monthly allocated Mobile Internet Quota. Can I then download WhatsApp or WeChat to continue messaging?
You are advised to download the WhatsApp/WeChat application before your Mobile Internet Quota depletes. You will not be able to download the WhatsApp/WeChat application once you have exceeded your monthly Mobile Internet Quota. Other option available is to purchase a Postpaid Internet Quota Top Up.
In what scenario will my access to WhatsApp/WeChat application after I have exceeded my monthly Mobile Internet quota require Mobile Internet Quota?
You will require Mobile Internet Quota if you:
a) Download WhatsApp/WeChat application from the application store (e.g. Google Play, App Store) will incur data usage from the Mobile Internet Quota.

Can I unsubscribe to this service before the 12months full access ends?
