2. Who can sign up for the new Digi Postpaid plan?

10. What happens when I exceed my monthly Mobile Internet Quota? Will I be charged for extra usage?

No, you will not be charged extra when you exceed your monthly Mobile Internet Quota. Your data service will be restricted until the next billing cycle. You can opt for Postpaid Internet Quota Top-Up to continue surfing the Internet at regular speed, subject to the relevant terms and conditions.

11. Can I use the new Digi Postpaid plan to access the Internet when I am roaming? Will I be charged extra?

Yes, you can use the new Digi Postpaid plan to access the Internet when you are roaming. You can opt for daily unlimited Internet roaming (from RM36/country/day) or unlimited social messaging (RM10/24 hours) at selected countries/mobile operators. 13. What are the roaming charges for voice calls?

6. How does All Day quota and 4G Weekend quota work?

All Day quota is valid for all usages at any time of the day regardless weekdays or weekends. Whereas, 4G Weekend quota is only valid for usages during the weekends, from every Saturday 12.00AM to Sunday 11.59PM. Both All Day and 4G Weekend quota is applicable for usages on 4G network and all other networks, regardless 4G or 3G network.

7. How does the 4G Weekend quota work when I have my bundled All Day quota?

All usages during the weekdays will utilize the quota from your bundled All Day quota. During the weekends (every Saturday 12.00AM to Sunday 11.59PM), all usages will utilize your 4G Weekend quota.

8. Can I use up the total 4G Weekend quota in the first weekend?

Yes, the full 4G Weekend quota will be granted at the start of every bill cycle and you can use up to the total 4G Weekend quota in the first weekend. There is no set quota limit you can use per weekend. If you utilize the quota in full during the first weekend, you will not have any 4G Weekend quota to use in the upcoming weekends.

As long you sign up on the eligible Digi Postpaid plans, this feature will be available to you automatically. No sign-up is required.

4. How much Internet quota can I rollover every bill cycle?

The amount of Internet quota you can rollover every bill cycle is based on your rate plan subscription, as below:

5. What happens if I have a balance Internet quota of more than the maximum allowable limit to be rolled over?

Any extra Internet quota more than the allowable limit will be forfeited.

Example: If you have our Digi Postpaid 98 with 10GB of All Day Internet quota and you only used 3GB, you will rollover 2GB to the next bill cycle for a total of 12GB of All Day Internet quota to be used within the next bill cycle. 5GB balance will be forfeited.

 

6. Can I rollover my unutilized 4G Weekend quota?

No. 4G Weekend quota is not applicable for rollover. Any unutilized 4G Weekend quota will be forfeited at the end of each bill cycle.

7. How can I check how much Internet quota was rolled over from my previous month?

The amount of Internet quota rolled over will be reflected in MyDigi or you may dial *200*1# to check.

8. How many times can I rollover my unutilized Internet quota?

Your unutilized Internet quota will be automatically rolled over to the next bill cycle, once every bill cycle (provided you stay active on the same plan).

9. I have unutilized Internet quota which I rolled over from my previous bill cycle. Will I get to continue to rollover this quota?

No. Internet quota will rollover for one bill cycle only. Any unutilized rollover Internet quota will be forfeited automatically thereafter.

10. When do I lose my Internet Rollover quota?

Internet Rollover quota expires after one bill cycle, when you change your plan, or when you terminate your line.

11. Internet Rollover quota expires when I change my plan. Does that apply to signing up or removing devices from my rate plan?

No, signing up for device bundle contract or terminating device contract to/from your existing Digi Postpaid 48, Digi Postpaid 98 and Digi Postpaid 148 does not affect rollover Internet quota.

Capture is a storage service that backups your photos and videos from your smartphone, either through WiFi and/or cellular data. You can also share your photos privately to another user and create Stories through an album.

2. How do I enjoy Free Capture?

All sign ups on Digi Postpaid plans are entitled to enjoy free storage on Capture.

3. How many GB of storage on Capture am I eligible to get?

All users will be given a base storage of 2GB for free. For all Digi Postpaid plan subscribers, you are eligible to receive extra storage on top of the standard 2GB free base storage.

4. How do I receive the extra storage?

Just send the keyword “CAPTURE” to 20000 via SMS and you will receive instructions on how to activate your extra storage.
 

5. I have upgraded from an old Postpaid plan to new Digi Postpaid plan. Do I automatically receive the higher extra storage?

No, you have to send the keyword “CAPTURE” to 20000 via SMS and you will receive instructions on how to activate your higher extra storage.

6. Is there an expiry to my extra storage received?

The extra storage will be available to you for free until further notice.

7. The extra storage will expire on 30th April 2017. What happens after that?

You will still be able to see your photos and videos in Capture, but no longer able to upload new ones.

No, all unused Internet quota under Internet Top Up cannot be carried forward nor transferred. Your unused Internet quota may be forfeited at the end of your current billing cycle, depend on the Internet Top Ups that you purchased

7. How many Internet Top Ups can I purchase in a month?

You may purchase as many Internet Top Ups as you want in a month. However, please note that you may hit your monthly credit limit, and that any unused Internet quota will be forfeited at the end of the billing cycle.

8. How do I check the balance of my Internet quota?

9. How long will it take for my Internet Top Up to activate?

Upon successful purchase, it may take up to 10 minutes for your Internet Top Up to activate.

10. I would like to purchase an Internet Top Up, but I have reached my monthly credit limit. What should I do?

You should settle your outstanding bills before you purchase an Internet Top Up.

11. I have not exhausted my allocated monthly Internet quota, but I have purchased an Internet Top Up. Which quota will be consumed first?

Your Internet Top Up quota will be consumed first. After that, the balance of your allocated monthly Internet quota will be consumed.

12. Can I use Internet Top Up while roaming?

No, you cannot use Internet Top Up while roaming.

1. What are the changes on Standard Billing charges?

Effective 1 May 2017, there will be a monthly fee of RM5/month for paper bill statements to promote Deep Green with e-Bills.
Customers can opt for paperless e-Bills via MyDigi, whereby they can view and download their bills for FREE via http://digi.my/bill

2. I’m an existing subscriber with an Itemised Bill subscription. Will there be any changes to my subscription fee?

No changes to the fee price for Itemised Bills, which remains at RM5/month per account.

3. What does Standard Billing consists of?

Standard Billing consists of your Account Summary and Details Of Charges only (No Itemised Billing).

4. Who will be charged for the New Standard Bill fee?

The new Standard Bill subscription fee will be applicable to all Digi’s Existing & New Mass Postpaid customers who subscribe for paper bills (i.e. Standard Bill only or with Itemised Billing).

5. Do I have an option not to receive/subscribe to any paper bill?

Yes, you can go paperless by changing your billing medium to either PDF or SMS Bill via MyDigi. You can then download your bill s via MyDigi for FREE.
