2. Who can sign up for the new Digi Postpaid plan?

All MASS individuals can sign up inclusive of new registrations, port-ins, Prepaid to Postpaid conversion, and existing Digi customers change of plan from a non-contractual plan.

3. Is the new Digi Postpaid plan available for new customers only?

No, both new and existing Digi customers can sign up for this plan.

4. I’m existing postpaid plan with internet sharing, can I change to Digi Postpaid Infinite plans?

No, Digi Postpaid Infinite plans are not eligible for internet sharing.

5. I am a foreigner. Can I subscribe to the new Digi Postpaid plan?

Yes, you can. However, you need to pay an additional deposit of RM 500 on top of the upfront payment required. Registration is not available at Digi Store Online.

3. I signed up on Digi Postpaid 110 on 9th January 2018. What is the Weekend quota that I will enjoy?

Effective 9 January 2018, all sign ups on Digi Postpaid 110 will enjoy 25GB Weekend quota, for free! You will get to enjoy this quota for life, for as long as you remain on the rate plan.

For all existing customers who signed up on Digi Postpaid 110 before 9 January 2018, you will continue to enjoy Unlimited Weekend quota. Fair usage policy applies to Unlimited Weekend quota.

4. How does All Day quota and Weekend quota work?

All Day quota is valid for all usages at any time of the day regardless weekdays or weekends. Weekend quota is only valid for usages during the weekends, from every Saturday 12.00AM to Sunday 11.59PM. Both All Day and Weekend quota is applicable for usages on 4G network and all other networks, regardless 4G or 3G network.

5. How does the Weekend quota work when I have my bundled All Day quota?

All usages during the weekdays will utilize the quota from your bundled All Day quota. During the weekends (every Saturday 12.00AM to Sunday 11.59PM), all usages will utilize your Weekend quota.

6. Can I use up the total Weekend quota in the first weekend?

Yes, the full Weekend quota will be granted at the start of every bill cycle and you can use up to the total Weekend quota in the first weekend. There is no set quota limit you can use per weekend. If you utilize the quota in full during the first weekend, you will not have any Weekend quota to use in the upcoming weekends.  

7. Do I get to rollover my unutilized Internet quota?

Yes, you will get to rollover your unutilized All Day Internet quota up to a maximum GB every bill cycle. Weekend quota is not applicable for rollover. Any unutilized Weekend quota will be forfeited at the end of each bill cycle. 

8. Can I use the new Digi Postpaid plan for Roaming and making IDD Calls?

Yes, you can use the new Digi Postpaid plan for Roaming and making IDD voice calls. On Digi Postpaid 110, enjoy FREE 5GB Internet Roaming and 60 minutes Roaming voice calls while traveling overseas in 10 countries (on participating countries/networks), and 60 minutes of IDD voice calls to the participating 10 countries. On Digi Postpaid 80, enjoy the same offer at only RM15 monthly.

10. Are there any Roaming packages that I can subscribe to if I travel to other countries?

Yes. You can also opt for daily unlimited Internet roaming (from RM36/country/day) or unlimited social messaging (RM10/24 hours) at selected countries/mobile operators. For more information, do visit our Roaming section.

11. How does the 'Unlimited Calls' work?

Every day you get to enjoy Unlimited voice calls to both on-net and off-net numbers i.e. all mobile calls to Digi or other mobile operators including fixed lines (excludes video calls, special numbers and toll-free 1-300 number calls). The Unlimited calls are applicable for domestic usage only i.e. within Malaysia network.

12. Can I add on a device bundle contract on the new Digi Postpaid plans?

Yes, you can now add on a device bundle contract on Digi Postpaid 90 (Digi Postpaid 80 with GBoost add-on) and Digi Postpaid 110. For Digi Postpaid 80, device bundle contract sign up is only applicable with GBoost add-on.

13. Do I have to make any advance payment when I purchase a device bundle contract?

Yes, an advance payment is applicable for device bundle contract upon subscription. It will be rebated back to your bill across 12 months.

14. Will there be a penalty if I terminate my contract before the end of my tenure?

Yes, a pre-mature termination fee is applicable. The rates are as below in the table:

2. Which plans are eligible for the Internet Rollover feature?

All sign ups on Digi Postpaid plans are automatically eligible for the Internet Rollover feature at no additional cost.

3. How do I sign up for Internet Rollover feature?

As long you sign up on the eligible Digi Postpaid plans, this feature will be available to you automatically. No sign-up is required.

4. How much Internet quota can I rollover every bill cycle?

The amount of Internet quota you can rollover every bill cycle is based on your rate plan subscription, as below:

5. What happens if I have a balance Internet quota of more than the maximum allowable limit to be rolled over?

Any extra Internet quota more than the allowable limit will be forfeited.

Example: If you have our Digi Postpaid 80 with 10GB of All Day Internet quota and you only used 3GB, you will rollover 2GB to the next bill cycle for a total of 12GB of All Day Internet quota to be used within the next bill cycle. 5GB balance will be forfeited.

6. Can I rollover my unutilized Weekend quota?

No. Weekend quota is not applicable for rollover. Any unutilized Weekend quota will be forfeited at the end of each bill cycle.

7. How can I check how much Internet quota was rolled over from my previous month?

The amount of Internet quota rolled over will be reflected in MyDigi or you may dial *200*1# to check.

8. How many times can I rollover my unutilized Internet quota?

Your unutilized Internet quota will be automatically rolled over to the next bill cycle, once every bill cycle (provided you stay active on the same plan).

9. I have unutilized Internet quota which I rolled over from my previous bill cycle. Will I get to continue to rollover this quota?

No. Internet quota will rollover for one bill cycle only. Any unutilized rollover Internet quota will be forfeited automatically thereafter.

10. When do I lose my Internet Rollover quota?

Internet Rollover quota expires after one bill cycle, when you change your plan, or when you terminate your line.

11. Internet Rollover quota expires when I change my plan. Does that apply to signing up or removing devices from my rate plan?

No, signing up for device bundle contract or terminating device contract to/from your existing Digi Postpaid 78, Digi Postpaid 108 or Digi Postpaid 138 does not affect rollover Internet quota.

Here are some examples of device changes in which you keep your rollover Internet quota:

  • You sign up for a new device bundle contract to your existing Digi Postpaid plan.
  • You terminate a device contract from your existing Digi Postpaid plan but maintain your plan.

Internet Top Up allows you to purchase additional Internet quota. This will come in handy if you wish to continue surfing even after you have exhausted your monthly Internet quota before the end of your billing cycle.

No, all unused Internet quota under Internet Top Up cannot be carried forward nor transferred. Your unused Internet quota may be forfeited at the end of your current billing cycle, depend on the Internet Top Ups that you purchased

7. How many Internet Top Ups can I purchase in a month?

You may purchase as many Internet Top Ups as you want in a month. However, please note that you may hit your monthly credit limit, and that any unused Internet quota will be forfeited at the end of the billing cycle.

8. How do I check the balance of my Internet quota?

To check the balance of your Internet Quota, log on to MyDigi. Alternatively visit http://digi.my/topup or simply dial *200#.

9. How long will it take for my Internet Top Up to activate?

Upon successful purchase, it may take up to 10 minutes for your Internet Top Up to activate.

10. I would like to purchase an Internet Top Up, but I have reached my monthly credit limit. What should I do?

You should settle your outstanding bills before you purchase an Internet Top Up.

11. I have not exhausted my allocated monthly Internet quota, but I have purchased an Internet Top Up. Which quota will be consumed first?

Your Internet Top Up quota will be consumed first. After that, the balance of your allocated monthly Internet quota will be consumed.

12. Can I use Internet Top Up while roaming?

No, you cannot use Internet Top Up while roaming.

1. What are the changes on Standard Billing charges?

Effective 1 May 2017, there will be a monthly fee of RM5/month for paper bill statements to promote Deep Green with e-Bills.
Customers can opt for paperless e-Bills via MyDigi, whereby they can view and download their bills for FREE via http://digi.my/bill

2. I’m an existing subscriber with an Itemised Bill subscription. Will there be any changes to my subscription fee?

No changes to the fee price for Itemised Bills, which remains at RM5/month per account.

3. What does Standard Billing consists of?

Standard Billing consists of your Account Summary and Details Of Charges only (No Itemised Billing).

4. Who will be charged for the New Standard Bill fee?

The new Standard Bill subscription fee will be applicable to all Digi’s Existing & New Mass Postpaid customers who subscribe for paper bills (i.e. Standard Bill only or with Itemised Billing).

5. Do I have an option not to receive/subscribe to any paper bill?

Yes, you can go paperless by changing your billing medium to either PDF or SMS Bill via MyDigi. You can then download your bill s via MyDigi for FREE.
In order to connect to MyDigi, you will need to have Telenor Connect ID with account owner.

Just add on GBoost to your existing Digi Postpaid plan to upgrade your Weekend Internet to All-Day Internet and get extra 10GB Internet quota monthly for all usages, for only RM10 monthly.

Example: You have added on GBoost on Digi Postpaid 110. Your 25GB Weekend Internet quota will be automatically upgraded to All Day Internet quota, and on top of that you get to enjoy an additional 10GB Internet quota, which brings the total to 60GB Internet quota for all usages.

5. Will I still enjoy Weekend Internet quota on my plan after subscribing to GBoost?

No, upon subscribing to GBoost, your Weekend Internet quota will be upgraded to All-Day Internet quota for usages at any time of the day, regardless whether it’s weekdays or weekends.

6. Can I share the total All-Day Internet quota for Digi Postpaid 150 Family and Digi Postpaid 250 Family if I have added on GBoost?

Yes, you will get to share the total All-Day Internet quota with your free family lines after you have added on GBoost to Digi Postpaid 150 Family and Digi Postpaid 250 Family.M

Example: You have signed up for Digi Postpaid 150 Family with GBoost. You will get to share the total 70GB All Day Internet with your free family lines.

7. Do I need to add on GBoost every month in order to upgrade my Weekend Internet quota and enjoy additional 10GB?

No, you only need to add on GBoost once and your subscription will be auto-renewed monthly. RM10 fee will be charged into your bill every month.

8. How do I check that my Weekend Internet quota has been upgraded?

You can check your Internet balance via MyDigi app.

9. Where can I sign up for GBoost?

Add on GBoost to your existing Digi Postpaid plan at all Digi outlets and authorised dealer stores. You may add on GBoost via Digi Store Online when you sign up for a new line, port in or change your existing plan.
