3. How do I get the biGBonus™ 1GB everyday which can be used from 1PM to 7PM?

You will get it automatically once you subscribe to either the Weekly RM10, Monthly RM30, Monthly RM48, Monthly RM68 or Monthly RM88 plans (i.e. no redemption required). From 1PM to 7PM, the biGBonus™ 1GB quota will be utilized first before the base quota from your subscribed Internet plan. The biGBonus™ quota is refreshed daily throughout your Internet Plan validity.

4. How do I check the usage of my Internet Plan?

You may check the balance quota via MyDigi, or dial *116# and follow the steps.

5. What services or applications can I use with my Social Bonus quota?

The Social Bonus quota can be used to access Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. A 500MB quota is granted daily throughout the 30-day validity period of your monthly plan.

6. Can I use the allocated Internet quota from my Internet Plan when I am roaming abroad?

No. The allocated Internet quota from your Internet Plan is for domestic use only (i.e. within Malaysia). Mobile Internet usage while roaming abroad on other networks shall be charged as per the respective roaming operator’s rate for Internet access.

7. Will my Internet Plan be terminated automatically at the end of plan validity?

No, all Internet Plans are on auto-renewal basis. This means that your subscription will be renewed automatically after it has ended at 11.59pm at the end of its validity. If you wish to unsubscribe, go to MyDigi or dial *116*6# and follow the steps before your next renewal.

8. Will I be notified before my Internet Plan is renewed?

Yes, you will receive an SMS notification two (2) days before your Internet Plan is renewed.

10. I am terminating my Internet Plan before it ends. After termination, can I continue to use the Internet until the end of its validity?

You may make voice calls to both Digi numbers and all other networks, including fixed lines (excludes video calls, special numbers, toll-free 1-300 numbers, and calls to 121 numbers). In addition, the Local Calls Minutes are applicable for domestic usage only i.e. within Malaysia network.

You will get it automatically after you purchase the RM3 One Time Pass (i.e. no redemption required). From 1PM to 7PM, the biGBonus™ quota will be utilized first before the rest of your Internet quota.

3. What happens if I purchase the RM3 Internet One Time Pass with 1GB + biGBonus™ 1GB after the biGBonus™ 1GB time band (e.g. 8PM)?

As the Internet One Time Pass is valid for 24 hours, you will get the biGBonus™ 1GB on the day of purchase or the following day, as long as it is still within the 24-hour time frame.

When can customers use the FREE 1GB (1PM – 7PM)?
1 Customer purchases it at 11AM The customer can use the biGBonus™ 1GB from 1PM – 7PM on the same day.
2 Customer purchases it at 3PM The customer can still use the biGBonus™ 1GB from 3PM – 7PM on the day of purchase. If there is still remaining unused quota, the customer can continue to use it from 1PM – 2.59PM the following day.
3 Customer purchases it at 8PM The customer can use the biGBonus™1GB from 1PM – 7PM the following day.

4. When does the validity of Internet One Time Passes expire?

Internet One Time Passes expire 24 hours after purchase.

5. Can I purchase these Internet One Time Passes if I have an Internet Plan?

Yes. You can purchase the Internet One Time Passes on top of your Internet plan.

6. What happens if I decide to have high-speed Internet after subscribing to Daily Unlimited Internet – Lite?

You will have to wait for your Daily Unlimited Internet – Lite pass to expire before you can purchase a high-speed Internet pass.
