Will I be able to get a Digi Talktime Advance credit loan when my balance is low?
Yes. You will be able to get a Talktime Advance of RM3 with 2 days validity, subject to the following conditions.
a) A service fee of RM0.60 will be charged per transaction.
b) Your tenure must be more than 1 month.
c) Your account must be active.
d) Your account balance must not be RM0.00 and less than RM3.00.
e) You do not have and outstanding loan amount.
f) The loan and service fee amount will be automatically deducted from your next reload.

What is 20 Kawan?
20 Kawan is a feature of Digi Prepaid Best™ that allow subscribers to enjoy lower rate on local call and SMS to 20 favourite MSISDN/ phone number. They consist of 10x Digi MSISDN /phone number and another 10 x non-Digi MSISDN/ phone number). 
How do I use the 20 ‘Kawan’ feature?
You must add your favourite phone number in your ‘Kawan’ list first before you can enjoy the special rates.
How do I add my friends’ phone number in my ‘Kawan’ list?
Dial *128*1*8#, and select “Digi Number” to enter a Digi Kawan MSISDN/phone number, or select “Non-Digi Number” to enter a Non-Digi ‘Kawan’ MSISDN/phone number. 
How many number/s can I add to my ‘Kawan’ list?
You can add up to 20 local numbers which consist of:
  • 10 Digi Number
  • 10 Non Digi number
Is there a fee to maintain my ‘Kawan’ list?
First setup of 10 Digi and 10 Non Digi number to my ‘Kawan’  list will be Free of Charge. Subsequently RM2 Charge applies to each number that is being added into 20 ‘Kawan’ list.
What is the charging rate of local call and SMS to 20 ‘Kawan’ which has been added to the list?
Special rates applies to 20 favourite numbers in the ‘Kawan’ list:
