Subject to Digi's approval, an existing subscriber can change to this new Digi Prepaid LiVE to enjoy greater savings. The Subscriber is not allowed to move back to their old plan after the upgrade.
To change to this Digi Prepaid LiVE, the Subscriber is required to key in *128*1*4# and press 'SEND'/'CALL', then select Digi Prepaid LiVE. Upgrades can also be performed online by registering and logging in to Online Customer Service (OCS Login). Alternatively, the Subscriber can upgrade by calling 016-221 1800 and follow the step-by-step instructions given by the automated phone system.
In the event a Subscriber chooses to change his/her existing plan to this Digi Prepaid LiVE, any existing freebies shall be forfeited and a Subscriber is not entitled to any form of compensation for such forfeiture. The Subscribers under this Digi Prepaid LiVE shall not be able to activate multi-party conferencing.
All other supervening terms and conditions stipulated on the General Digi Prepaid service and /or the Digi Prepaid Mobile Internet plans will apply as amended from time to time and where applicable.
Digi shall not be responsible in any way in the event that the Subscriber's subscription was activated by a third party without his/her consent. Digi shall not refund nor compensate the Subscriber in any manner whatsoever in such situations.

Yes, only existing Digi Easy and Smart prepaid subscribers can convert to Digi LiVE Prepaid. There are no charges to convert to Digi Prepaid LiVE. To change your plan, just dial *128*1*4#. However, note that any internet plan subscription, FREE data and existing Buddyz configured will be reset.
RM12 inclusive of 6% GST and it comes with RM8 credit in main balance with 7 days validity. However, there will be no charges if you are converting from a Digi postpaid line or if you port in from another Telco. In this case, there will no credit pre-loaded.

For the avoidance of abuse and in line with general public concerns, the Unlimited Packages presently subjected to Fair Usage Policy of up to 10GB or 30GB per package and 1,000 minutes for calls package depending on the packages purchased. For Daily Unlimited Passes, it will expires 24 hours upon purchase.
For Weekly Unlimited Package, it will be renewed upon 7 days if you have sufficient balance.
For Monthly Unlimited Package, it will be renewed upon 30 days if you have sufficient balance.
Yes. You can purchase the Daily Unlimited Passes on top of your Internet plan. However, if you purchase Weekly or Monthly Unlimited Packages, your existing Internet plan will be overwritten and any existing quota from the current Internet plan will be forfeited.
