3. Who can enjoy VoLTE service?

Digi VoLTE is available to all Digi postpaid, prepaid and business voice plan customers.

4. How much does it cost to use VoLTE?

There will be no additional charge for using VoLTE. You will still pay the same voice tariff fees regardless if you are on VoLTE or not.

5. Will VoLTE consume my current mobile Internet quota?

No. VoLTE service does not consume your existing mobile Internet quota.

6. How do I know I have VoLTE services on my phone?

Customers with compatible iPhones will notice that when they are making phone calls, the "4G" icon will be displayed.

7. Can I enjoy VoLTE when I am roaming outside Malaysia?

No. You are not able to enjoy VoLTE when you outside Malaysia at the moment.

Note: The iPhones must be at iOS 10.1 or above to enjoy VoLTE.

9. What do I need to do to activate VoLTE?

The VoLTE activation is done automatically when your 4G sim card is inserted to a VoLTE certified phone. This is under the condition that you have updated to the latest smart phone firmware and is currently using a 4G sim card. If you are still unsure, please contact Digi customer service.

    • Minimum iOS version is 10.1. To check iOS version
    • Settings -> General -> About -> Version

10. How do I deactivate VoLTE?

You can disable VoLTE services via your smartphone device setting. If you are still having trouble disabling VoLTE, please do not hesitate to contact Digi customer service.
