Selection of Winners Process

Eligibility criteria

  • This contest is open to all New & Existing Digi Postpaid/Digi Business customers who are above 18 years of age.
  • The customer’s account status has to be active during the selection process and throughout the contest period.
  • To participate in the contest, customers have to settle their bill in full (Total Outstanding & Overdue) during the Contest Period via JomPAY.
  • Each account is entitled to (1) one entry per bill payment during the Contest Period.
  • Accounts with multiple lines under the same account shall be considered as one account, unless they are separate accounts with their own individual bill.

Mechanics for selection

  • Shortlisting of winners will be based on full settlement of the Total Outstanding and Overdue payment received.
  • Each entry received will be sorted in accordance to the day & time stamp and amount paid, from highest to lowest.
  • Winners will be selected based on every 100th, 200th, 300th, 400th and 500th transaction in a month on a rotational basis to select 50 lucky winners over the Contest period.
  • Winners will be notified on a monthly basis via the Digi website.
  • If the winner does not meet the conditions required, the next shortlisted candidate will be contacted.
  • Winners can only be shortlisted or win the prizes once for payments made within the Contest Period.

Granting of prizes

  • Prizes will be issued at the end of the contest period from 1 Oct 2017 - 30 Nov 2017.
  • Winners will be contacted by Digi within 30 days from the end of the contest period and must be reachable either via phone/email or whatsoever means available for verification purposes.
  • If our attempts to contact the winners fail, the next eligible winner will be selected.
  • Account status has to be active with no outstanding balance during the fulfillment of the prizes.
  • The list of winners will be published on a monthly basis during the Contest Period.
  • 50 lucky winners will be selected based on the contest criteria. 25 winners will be picked for the 1st and 2nd month respectively.
  • Prizes will be in the form of monthly fee rebates of RM100/month to be paid over an 8-month period for the selected winners.
  • Prizes will be granted to the winners within 2 months after the end of the contest period.
