1. Who can sign up for a Broadband plan?

Broadband plans are open to all existing Digi subscribers and new customers. Existing Digi Postpaid customers can sign up for a new Broadband plan as a supplementary line and enjoy monthly rebates up to RM10.

No, upon reaching 100% quota utilization you will no longer be able to continue surfing. Please visit digi.my/mybb or download MyDigi App to purchase Internet Top Ups.

5. Can I rollover my unused quota to the following month/next bill cycle?

No, Digi Broadband plans do not have an Internet Rollover feature.

6. What is the monthly instalment and upfront payment for MobiFi?

7. Is Broadband Monthly RM45 eligible for streaming quota?

Broadband Monthly RM45 does not have a streaming quota. Instead, it has a 7GB YouTube only quota.

8. What do you mean by Streaming quota? Can I use this quota to surf Facebook?

Streaming quota only allows you to stream using the partner services below:

No, Broadband plans are only capable of Internet access.

No, only users on Broadband Monthly 65 and Broadband Monthly 105 can subscribe to a Broadband supplementary plan.

14. Can I use my Internet quota when roaming abroad?

Broadband customers in Postpaid payment
Your bundled Internet quota is only applicable for domestic usage i.e. within Malaysia. Roaming with your Broadband plan will not utilise your bundled Internet quota - You will be charged separately as listed in the prevailing roaming rates chart. However, it is recommended that you roam with Digi Broadband on a device that enables you to manually select Digi’s preferred roaming network operator so as to enjoy Internet Roaming promotions (for Postpaid payment).

15. How do I access and purchase my favourite streaming content?

Just follow these 4 steps:
Step 1: Insert your Digi Postpaid Broadband SIM Card into the router.
Step 2: Connect your router to the power supply.
Step 3: Switch on the router.
Step 4: Now all your family members may connect to the internet. You can find your Wi-Fi login details at the bottom of the router.

2. Which Broadband Plans come bundled with the Digi Home Router?

You may choose to bundle your Digi Home Router with Broadband Monthly 65 or Broadband Monthly 105.

3. How do I manage my router settings?

You may conveniently perform settings for your routers via HiLink apps. You may download it on Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Both the MobiFi and Digi Home Router are devices that allow you to share your internet with your family and friends. However, MobiFi is meant to support you when you are on-the-go with battery capacity of up to 12 hours while Digi Home Router is better for home usage with stronger WiFi antennas that reduce dead spots at home.

8. Can I sign up for a Broadband plan with both MobiFi and Digi Home Router?

No, you may only choose one of the device to be bundled with your Broadband Plan.

9. Is there a termination fee should I choose to terminate my broadband subscription before 12 months?

Yes, for early terminations (before 12 months) you will be charged RM200 admin fee + (remaining months balance x RM9). You may keep the device upon payment.

10. What is the correct SIM size for my router?

You are required to use a standard size SIM for the router.

11. How long is the device warranty?

The device comes with 12 months warranty from the manufacturer Huawei.

12. What should I do in the event of faulty device?

In the event of faulty device, you may go to any of Huawei service centre across Malaysia for warranty claim

13. Would there be any updates that will require downloading?

Yes, in the event that there is an update available for download, you will be prompted when you visit the device web portal at 192.168.8.1

No, however as a Digi Postpaid Voice Plan subscriber, you may sign up to Digi Postpaid Broadband Supplementary 65 with a RM10 rebate for life and bundle it with the CPE Home Wireless router.

Yes, you can go paperless by changing your billing medium to either PDF or SMS Bill via MyDigi. You can then download your bill s via MyDigi for FREE.
