A. Product Description
1. Digi Prepaid Super Tererrr consists of two plans which are Super Tererrr 40 and Super Tererrr 60 (collectively “Products”).
2. The Products are available to all Digi Prepaid Customers and can be purchased through MyDigi and UMB channel (ie: by dialing *116# or *128#).
B. Specific Terms of Use

4. All the offerings (i.e. Internet – Base Quota and Unlimited Internet and Calls) apply only when used within Malaysia to all domestic networks only.
5. Unlimited Calls of the Products:-
a. apply to domestic mobile/fixed on-net and off-net usage only and excluding video calls, calls to special numbers including but not limited to toll-free 1-300/1-800 numbers, and calls to 121 numbers);
b. are strictly for standard person-to-person calls, and not meant for any commercial/non-personal usages; and
c. can only be utilised domestically i.e. within Malaysia network only. Calls made when overseas are subject to roaming charges. The Customers shall be charged based on the call rates imposed by the respective roaming operators for call usage while roaming with Digi's overseas roaming partners.
6. Unlimited Internet of the Products:-
a. has no daily cap
b. is applicable for ANY internet usage between 12am to 12pm every day, except for hotspot (i.e. tethering) or P2P (i.e. bit torrent applications)
c. has a speed set up to 2Mbps which is still good for providing consistent High Definition video streaming experience
d. apply to domestic usage only
7. Internet Rollover allocated with the Products:-.
a. Balance Internet quota allocation will rollover upon on-time renewal only. Any transaction later than system-triggered renewal will not be applicable for Internet rollover.
b. In the event Customer does not fully utilize the Internet allocation, the balance Internet allocation shall be rolled over to the next subscription cycle, up to a maximum limit (ie: 100GB) upon on-time renewal. Balance quota more than the allowable maximum limit for rollover will be forfeited.
c. Only unutilized Internet quota from the Base quota will rollover to the next subscription cycle.
d. Unutilised Internet Rollover quota is not redeemable for cash or credit, and is non-transferable, whether by operation of law or otherwise, either to any other person, entity or any other Digi account.
8. The fee of the respective Product shall be deducted from the Customer’s credit balance. For the avoidance of doubt, the Customers are not entitled to use the amount available in their FREE Talktime to off-set the fee of any Products.
9. The subscription of the Products shall be renewed automatically according to its validity period stated in the table above. Digi will send an SMS notification upon successful renewal. The Customer may terminate the renewal of such Product via UMB or MyDigi.
10. Digi does not guarantee the timeliness of the renewal and shall not bear any responsibility for any damages incurred directly or indirectly due to a delayed or failed renewal for any reason whatsoever.
11. In the event of a failed renewal due to insufficient credit in the Customer’s account or the Customer’s account is suspended due to its account validity, Digi will resume the renewal of such Product once the Customer has made the necessary top up or reload.
12. The Products and its offering cannot be transferred to any other mobile number.
13. For any excessive usage, or on suspicion of fraud, any illegal practice or unusual activity in respect of the Customer’s Account with Digi, Digi at its sole and absolute discretion reserves the right at any time without being liable to the Customer or any third party to discontinue, disconnect, interrupt, bar or suspend the service for such period of time as Digi shall deem fit.
C. Other Applicable Terms
14. The Products are governed by this Terms of Use and the General Terms and Conditions which includes but is not limited to Digi’s Privacy Statement, Data Protection Obligations and Fair Usage Policy found on Digi’s website at (collectively referred to as the “Terms”). Unless specifically defined here, terms and expressions used in this Terms of Use shall have the same meanings as may be found elsewhere in the General Terms and Conditions.
15. By using and/or subscribing to the Products, the Customers acknowledge that they understand the Terms and agree to abide by them.
16. Digi shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever to the Customers for any claims, proceedings, loss, damage, costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever suffered or incurred as a direct or indirect result of the utilisation of the Products.
17. Digi reserves the right to add, modify, upgrade, amend, change, remove, suspend or cancel any of the terms or features or offering relating to the Products from time to time without any prior notice and consent of the Customers. The continued use of the Products following any changes to the Terms of Use constitutes an acceptance to those changes (if any). The Customers are advised to visit this page periodically to review the Terms of Use.
18. For the avoidance of doubt, such addition, modification, upgrading, amendment, changes, removal, suspension or cancellation does not entitle the Customers to any claim or compensation against Digi (in cash or in kind) for any and all loss or damage suffered or incurred by the Customers as a direct or indirect result of the act of addition, modification, upgrading, amendment, changes, removal, suspension or cancellation.
19. In the event there is a conflict or inconsistency between this Product Terms of Use and the General Terms and Conditions, the Product Terms of Use shall take precedence.
