5. What is a PIN?

All Softpin Reload Vouchers (and their variations) come with a 16-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN). You will need to enter the correct PIN printed on your Softpin Reload Voucher to validate your reload.

6. Why is there an expiry date on the back of a Softpin Reload Voucher?

The expiry date determines whether the PIN printed on the coupon can be used. If the Softpin Reload Voucher has passed its expiry date, the PIN (and the coupon) cannot be used. Please observe the date printed on a Softpin Reload Voucher before you purchase it to ensure that it has not expired.

7. Will I still be able to make/receive phone calls after my reload validity has ended?

You will be able to receive incoming calls and SMS messages for up to 90 days after your reload validity has ended. However, you will not be able to make phone calls or send messages.

8. Can I get a refund on any unused talktime credit in my SIM card?

No. Unused talktime credit is non-refundable once it has be loaded into your SIM card. Similarly, all Softpin Reload Vouchers cannot be refunded once purchased.

9. What happens to the remaining talktime credit on my SIM card after I perform a reload?

The value of the reload credit purchased will be added to the remaining talktime credit on your SIM Card.

10. Can I reload my mobile phone before the talktime credit balance reaches zero?

You may reload your mobile phone at any time. In fact, it is advisable to reload your phone once your talktime credit balance dips below RM10.

11. How much talktime credit can I reload into my mobile phone at any given time?

You can reload as much talktime credit as you want. Simply purchase as many Digi Softpin Reload Vouchers (or any of its variations) as you like and reload your phone accordingly.

12. How do I check my latest talktime credit balance after a reload?

Yes. You will receive an SMS prompting you to make a reload whenever your talktime credit is running low or when you are approaching the end of your Reload Validity. You must however ensure that your SMS mailbox is not full in order to receive the message.

13. Will I be alerted before I run out of talktime credit?

Yes, you have the option of using either a physical reload coupon or Flexi e-load™ to add talktime credit to your phone as Flexi e-load™ is simply another reload option provided by Digi for your convenience.

When you make an reload via Flexi e-load™ you will receive two SMS notifications.

The first SMS notification consists of detailed information such as the dealer's mobile number, the time and date of the transaction and the transaction ID.

The second SMS confirms the success of airtime reload in your prepaid account and includes your new balance information.

4. What should I do with the SMS notifications that I receive with every reload made via Flexi e-load™?

It is advised that you keep the first SMS notification until you receive the second SMS confirming successful airtime reload into your prepaid account. This is because the transaction ID of the first SMS notification can be used as a reference in case any disputes occur.

Super Long Life

1. What is Super long Life?

Super Long Life allows you to purchase extensions for your account validity. Super Long Life RM1 will extend your account validity by 1 day.

2. If my current account (line) has 10 days validity and I purchase Super Long Life RM1, will it extend my account validity from 10 days to 11 days?

No, your account validity is only extended from the day you purchase Super Long Life, not from the day your account expires.

For example, on 1 May, if your account is valid until 10 May with 10 days validity, and you purchase Super Long Life RM1 (1 day validity extension), your new account validity period will remain 10 May. However, purchasing Super Long Life RM1 on 10 May will extend your account validity period to 11 May.

2. Can I use American Express/Diners Club Card to register for Automatic Reload?

No. You can only use MasterCard and VISA approved credit cards issued by financial institutions in Malaysia.

3. Can I register for Automatic Reload using someone else's credit card?

No, you can only register for Automatic Reload using your own credit card. However, you may list up to five (5) Digi Prepaid™ mobile numbers that are not registered under your name as the recipients of Automatic Reload.

4. Can I register Digi Prepaid™ numbers that do not belong to me as recipients of Automatic Reload?

To perform an Auto Reload, you must first register for our Automatic Reload service. During registration, you must select a reload denomination to use for every Auto Reload transaction performed. Talktime credit will then be credited to your phone automatically whenever necessary.

SMS Reload is a credit card-based service that allows you to reload your Prepaid account via SMS. You can reload whenever you need to, from wherever you are.

Online Reload is a credit card-based service that allows you to reload your Prepaid account via Digi Online Customer Service (Digi OCS).

2. How do I perform an Online Reload?

Once your Automatic Reload registration is approved, log on to the Digi Online Customer Service (Digi OCS) portal and click on Automatic Reload. Follow the instructions to reload.

3. Can I view my previous reload transactions on the website? How many previous transactions can I view?

Yes. The website will display the last ten (10) transactions you performed.

4. How do I file a complaint or report concerning an Online Reload transaction?

To file a complaint or report concerning an Online Reload transaction, please call our Digi Customer Service helpline at 016 221 1800. Kindly provide our Customer Service officer with your Online Reload transaction number so that they can look into the matter.
Automatic Reload – SIM Card

1. My SIM card is lost/stolen. Should I deactivate Automatic Reload?

Yes, you should deactivate your Automatic Reload service as soon as possible if your SIM card is lost/stolen. Please contact the Digi Customer Service helpline at 016 221 1800 to do so.

Note: Digi is not liable for any reloads that occur prior to the deactivation of the Automatic Reload service.

2. Do I have to change my SIM card to register for Automatic Reload?

No, you don't have to change your SIM card to register for Automatic Reload.

3. When will my Prepaid account be reloaded automatically?

With Auto Reload, your Prepaid account will be reloaded within two (2) hours if your credit dips below RM10 or when your validity period is due to expire in two (2) days, whichever comes first.
 
With SMS/Online Reload, your Prepaid account will be reloaded upon request within thirty (30) minutes.
