With our Rent 2 Digi program, Digi is looking for potential spaces to rent to host these network sites to build a better, more comprehensive coverage for our customers.

1. What happens when I complete and submit the form? (i.e. will I get an acknowledgement email, or call to confirm receipt?)

Yes, we will send an acknowledgement email to inform you on your submission.

2. How can I be assured that any information I share will remain private?

All information obtained will strictly adhere to the privacy policy and T&C which is in place.

3. Will I receive a notification if my request to lease my property is successful or rejected upon submitting the property lead?

An email notification will be sent to customer to inform on the status of their application.

4. How long will Digi need to process my information?

Digi will require 3 months to process the information and the customer will be notified via email.

5. Are there any contract obligation with Digi when I lease my property?

The customer will be required to sign a Letter of Intent and a Tenancy Agreement with Digi once both parties have agreed on the terms of the agreement.

6. Is this a short-term or long-term program?

This is a long term initiatives.

7. For how long will the period of lease be?

This will be base on the negotiation with the prospective landlord.

8. Who will be reliable for the legal fees when I sign up a lease contract with Digi.

Digi will bear the stamping and processing fee.

9. What happens if I breach a term of the lease?

Digi will assess and take appropriate action within its legal means as stipulated in the Tenancy Agreement.

10. How much notice do I need to give to terminate a tenancy?

A written 3 months renewal or termination notice to be given by either party.

11. What should I do if I do not want to renew my lease?

To give a written letter 3 month prior to the expiry of Tenancy Agreement on the said intention of not extending / renewing.

12. Will Digi will pay a security deposit if I lease my property to Digi?

Digi will pay Security Deposit as agreed in the Tenancy Agreement and it is refundable.

13. How will this rental process be handled and by whom? (i.e. lawyers, contracts, etc.)

The rental will be paid to the respective landlord.
