  • Successful Internet connectivity depends on the Internet Quota and Internet Access Days available in your Prepaid Broadband For PC & Tablet account.
  • Please note that the reload validity (Internet Access Days) and reload value (Internet Quota) for the Prepaid Broadband For PC & Tablet plan is different from other Digi Prepaid™ plans, even though the values of the Softpin Reload Vouchers are the same. 2. When do I need to reload my Prepaid Broadband For PC & Tablet account?

You need to reload your Prepaid Broadband For PC & Tablet account upon the expiry of your Internet Access Days or upon the exhaustion of your Internet Quota.

3. What will happen if I reload before I run out of Internet Access Days?

If you reload before you run out of Internet Access Days, your validity period will be extended based on the new reload amount purchased.
 
For example: if your initial expire date is 25 October and you perform a reload of RM10 on 23 October which gives you five (5) days of validity, your new expiry date will be 27 October. Performing another reload on 24 October will grant you five (5) days validity from the date of reloading and your final expiry date will be 28 October.

4. What will happen if I use up all my Internet Quota before I run out of Internet Access Days?

Your Internet access will be restricted. Please reload to continue surfing the Internet.

5. What will happen if I have unused Internet Quota after I have run out of Internet Access Days?

Any unused Internet Quota will be forfeited once you have run out of Internet Access Days.

6. How much Internet Quota can I accumulate at any point of time?

You can accumulate up to 5GB of Internet Quota at any point of time.

7. What will happen if my Internet Quota exceeds 5GB?

1. What is Tenure Bonus?

Tenure Bonus is a monthly reward that we give out to our long-term customers for staying loyal to Digi.

2. What do I need to do to enjoy Tenure Bonus?

Your Tenure Bonus will expire thirty (30) days after you receive it. You will need to keep your account in Active status in order to use Tenure Bonus.

5. If I reload RM30 twice in one month, will I also receive my Tenure Bonus twice?

No. You can only receive one (1) Tenure Bonus per month (provided that you reload RM30 or more). Therefore, if you reload twice in a month, you will only receive Tenure Bonus for your first reload.

6. What is Usage Bonus?

Usage Bonus is a reward that we give out to our active users.

7. What do I need to do to enjoy Usage Bonus?

All you need to do is use 2GB of Internet Quota or more each month to receive a Usage Bonus of 250MB.

8. I activated my SIM card on 21 March. It has only been one week and I have used up to 2.5GB of Internet Quota. Am I eligible for Usage Bonus?

No, we will only take the usage volume of a full calendar month into assessment. Hence, your Usage Bonus assessment will only start in April. You will receive a Usage Bonus if your total Internet usage in April is 2GB or more.
 
Note: If your SIM card activation took place after the 25th of the month, you will only be eligible for Usage Bonus assessment in your third month. For example, if your SIM card was activated on 25 March, you will only be eligible for assessment in May.

9. When will my Usage Bonus be granted?

Your Usage Bonus will be granted before the end of the 2nd week of the following month. For example, if you are eligible for Usage Bonus in April, you will get your Usage Bonus before the end of the 2nd week of May.

10. When will my Usage Bonus expire?

Your Usage Bonus will expire thirty (30) days after you receive it. You will need to keep your account in Active status in order to use Tenure Bonus.

11. If I use 4GB or more in one month, will I receive my Usage Bonus twice?

No. You can only receive one (1) Usage Bonus per month (provided that you use 2GB of Internet Quota or more). Therefore, if you use 4GB or more in a month, you will only receive Usage Bonus for the first 2GB of usage.

12. If I fulfil the requirements for both Tenure Bonus and Usage Bonus. Will I be entitled to both?

Yes, you will be entitled to both.

13. I am an existing Prepaid Broadband For PC & Tablet subscriber. Am I eligible for Tenure Bonus and Usage Bonus?

Yes. As an existing Prepaid Broadband For PC & Tablet subscriber, you are eligible for Tenure Bonus and Usage Bonus provided that you fulfil the requirements in relation to the bonuses (as stated on the website). Change of Plan

1. I am an existing Digi Prepaid™ subscriber. Can I change my current plan to Prepaid Broadband for PC & Tablet?

No, you may not. Digi Prepaid™ and Digi Postpaid™ subscribers are not allowed to change their plan subscriptions to Prepaid Broadband For PC & Tablet.

2. I am a Prepaid Broadband For PC & Tablet subscriber. Can I change my plan to a call plan?

Sorry, you cannot change to a call plan as Prepaid Broadband For PC & Tablet is a data-only plan.
Account Lifecycle, SIM Card Usage & Replacement

1. What is the account lifecycle for Prepaid Broadband For PC & Tablet?

The lifecycle Prepaid Broadband For PC & Tablet is as follows.

  • Prepaid account is activated when user gets connected for the first time
  • Prepaid account is preloaded with 25 days validity

32. I received an error message that says, “Error 619 – A connection to the remote computer could not be established, so the port used for this connection was closed.” What should I do?

Error 619 indicates that your Internet Access is blocked due to expired validity. Please reload to connect to the Internet.
