  • 1Fair Usage Policy applies. Limited to 1,000 minutes of FREE calls and 1,000 FREE SMS per month.
  • 2Upon subscription, your 2,000 minutes of FREE calls and 2,000 FREE SMS to all Buddyz™ will be upgraded to UNLIMITED calls & 30,000 SMS. However, you will be reverted to 1,000 mins of FREE calls and 1,000 FREE SMS should your auto-renewal to New SuperBuddyz™ be unsuccessful.
  • 3This is a legacy Prepaid Mobile Internet package. Existing 2 Months RM60 (1.5GB) subscribers can still subscribe to Extra Buddyz™.

Buddyz™ Bonus
  • SMS Bonus is only applicable to DiGi® Easy Prepaid subscribers who activated their lines on or after 25 February 2011.
  • Music Bonus is applicable to all new and existing DiGi® Easy Prepaid subscribers.
  • FREE SMS granted to you can be used across all networks. A max. cap of 30 SMS applies.

No, you do not have to pay a monthly fee to enjoy FREE voice calls and SMS to your Buddyz™.
Is there a limit to the FREE voice calls & SMS that I can make to my Buddyz™?
FREE Buddyz™ voice calls and SMS are available 24-hours a day. Limit of the FREE Buddyz™ voice calls and SMS are subject to our fair usage policy – please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further information.
 
You will receive a notification via SMS when you have reached the maximum usage of FREE Buddyz™ voice calls and SMS. Subsequent usage will be charged at 5sen/min and 5sen/SMS respectively. Subsequent usage for DiGi® Easy Prepaid subscribers effective 9 September 2014 will be charged at 8sen/min and 5sen/SMS.
I am a DiGi® Easy Prepaid subscriber. How come I can only call and SMS my Buddyz™ for FREE from 12.00am to 6.00pm daily, whereas my friend who just subscribed to DiGi® Easy Prepaid enjoys 24-hour FREE voice calls and SMS to their Buddyz™?
DiGi has made some revisions to the rates and features of this plan. Customers who signed up for DiGi® Easy Prepaid on or after 4 September 2012 will enjoy 24-hour FREE voice calls and SMS to  their Buddyz™. If you are interested, you can switch over to the new plan by dialing *128*1*4#. Please note that you will be charged RM5 for the switch.
How often can I change the numbers on my Buddyz™ list? Will I be charged for changing a number?
You can change the numbers on your Buddyz™ list as much as you like, whenever you like. The first time you register your three (3) Buddyz™ will be free. Any changes thereafter will be charged RM10 / slot.
Will I receive a notification after my Buddyz™ have received their Buddyz™ Bonus?
Yes, you will receive a notification via SMS after your Buddyz™ have received their Buddyz™ Bonus. Their mobile numbers will be included in the SMS notification.
Will my Buddyz™ know that their Buddyz™ Bonus came from my reload?

What is Extra Buddyz™?
Extra Buddyz™ is a new permanent feature that allows DiGi® Easy Prepaid customers to register for two (2) additional Buddyz™ (on top of the 3 default Buddyz™) when they subscribe to selected Prepaid Mobile Internet plans.
What must I do to be eligible for Extra Buddyz™?
Firstly, you must be a DiGi® Easy Prepaid customer who activated his/her line on or after 25 February 2011. Then, you must subscribe to one of the following Prepaid Mobile Internet plans to be eligible:
  • Monthly RM18 (250MB)
  • Monthly RM30 (750MB)
  • Monthly RM48 (1GB)
  • 2 Months RM60 (1.5GB)
  • Monthly RM68 (3GB)
My DiGi® Easy Prepaid line was activated before 25 February 2011. What can I do to be eligible for Extra Buddyz™?
You can switch to the latest DiGi® Easy Prepaid plan to be eligible for Extra Buddyz™.
Will I be charged for having Extra Buddyz™?

Yes, the fair usage max cap for FREE voice calls & SMS to your Buddyz™ also applies to your Extra Buddyz™. Subsequent calls to your Buddyz™ or Extra Buddyz™ after exceeding the max cap will be charged at 5sen/min, whereas text messages will be charged at 5sen/SMS.

What are the terms and conditions surrounding the Extra Buddyz™ feature?

What do I need to do to maintain my Extra Buddyz™?
Just make sure that your Prepaid Mobile Internet subscription remains active. If your Prepaid Mobile Internet subscription is suspended/terminated, your Extra Buddyz™ will be suspended/terminated as well.
Will I be notified if my Extra Buddyz™ feature is suspended?
No, but you will be notified if your Prepaid Mobile Internet subscription is suspended. All calls and SMS to your Extra Buddyz™ will then be charged at 30sen/min and 5sen/SMS respectively until your Prepaid Mobile Internet subscription is restored.
Do I have to register for Extra Buddyz™ again if I restore or upgrade my Prepaid Mobile Internet subscription?
No. Once you have registered two DiGi numbers as your Extra Buddyz™, they will not be removed even if the feature has been suspended due to the suspension/termination of your Prepaid Mobile Internet subscription.
I am currently subscribed to one of the listed Prepaid Mobile Internet plans. Why am I not eligible for Extra Buddyz™?
Please re-subscribe to your Prepaid Mobile Internet plan to be eligible for Extra Buddyz™. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm a DiGi® Easy Prepaid subscriber. Why can't I get SMS Bonus when I reload?
It is likely that you were already a DiGi® Easy Prepaid subscriber before 25 February 2011. All DiGi® Easy Prepaid subscribers who signed up before that date are already enjoying 24-hour FREE calls and SMS to their Buddyz™. As such, the SMS Bonus is applicable only to DiGi® Easy Prepaid subscribers who signed up on or after 25 February 2011.
How often can I change the numbers on my Buddyz™ list? Will I be charged for changing a number?
You can change the numbers on your Buddyz™ list as much as you like, whenever you like. The first time you register your three (3) Buddyz™ will be free. Any changes thereafter will be charged RM10 / slot.
Can I switch over to DiGi® Easy Prepaid via the Mobile Number Portability (MNP) service?
Yes, you can switch to DiGi® Easy Prepaid via MNP if you think that this is a suitable call plan for you.

What is New Super Buddyz™?
New Super Buddyz™ is a daily subscription plan for DiGi® Easy Prepaid subscribers that cost RM1/day, on a daily auto-renewal basis.
Who can subscribe to New Super Buddyz™?
New Super Buddyz™ is applicable to all DiGi® Easy Prepaid subscribers who subscribed before 25 February and on/after 4 September 2012.
How do I subscribe to New Super Buddyz™?
 
You will receive the following SMS upon successful subscription:
“You have subscribed to New Super Buddyz™. RM1 has been deducted from your balance”
How long will my subscription be valid for?
Your subscription will be valid for one (1) day, starting from the time of your subscription/renewal until 11.59pm of the same day.
How does the New Super Buddyz™ work?
Upon subscription, the limit of your FREE calls and SMS to your Buddyz™ will be raised to Unlimited calls and 30,000 SMS – kindly keep your subscription active to enjoy unlimited calls and SMS to all Buddyz™.
How do I check my FREE Buddyz™ balance and total usage?
Dial *128*1*6*2# and select voice or SMS to check your total Buddyz™ usage and balance as well as your total Buddyz™ limit for the month.
I had 500 mins of FREE calls left in my Buddyz™ balance before subscribing to New Super Buddyz™. However, upon termination of my subscription to New Super Buddyz™ three (3) days later, my original 500 FREE Buddyz™ is gone – why?
The New Super Buddyz™ subscription only increases your Buddyz™ quota for FREE calls and SMS – however, usage is shared with your total Buddyz™ quota. Should your auto-renewal fail, your FREE calls and SMS quota will revert to the original Buddyz™ quota of 1,000 mins for FREE calls and 1,000 SMS.
 
However, please take note that your Buddyz™ quota will not be reset upon subscription or termination of New Super Buddyz™. Buddyz™ quota will only be reset on the 1st of every month.
Will my subscription be renewed automatically after it expires?
Yes. Your subscription will be renewed automatically after it has ended at 11.59pm every day. Renewal will start from 12.00am onwards.
 
If you wish to unsubscribe, opt-out by dialing *128*1*3# before the renewal.
Will I be notified before a subscription renewal?
No, you will not receive any SMS notification before a subscription renewal.
What happens if I run out of credit before my subscription renewal?
Your subscription renewal will be unsuccessful and will be suspended. You will receive an SMS notification upon successful/failed renewal and we will attempt to renew your subscription once you have performed a reload.
My subscription renewal has failed due to insufficient balance. What happen to my Buddyz™ FREE calls & SMS?
If your subscription renewal has failed – your Buddyz™ FREE calls and SMS quota will revert to 1,000 mins and 1,000 SMS. Should your usage exceed the quota at this point, you will be charged 5sen/min or 5sen/SMS for subsequent use.
My Prepaid credit validity has expired but I still have enough credit for the subscription fee. Will DiGi renew my subscription on the renewal date?
No. You will have to reload for your subscription to be renewed.
I was out of coverage during the subscription renewal period – will my subscription still be renewed?
Yes. Your subscription will still be renewed and you will receive an SMS notification once you have coverage again.
Will I be notified upon successful/failed subscription renewal?
Yes. You will receive an SMS notification upon successful/failed renewal. For renewal attempts after a failed renewal, you will not receive any SMS notification if it fails again – you will only receive a notification if the renewal is a success.
I have been charged for my subscription. Before the end of my subscription, I have run out of credit balance. Will I still be able to enjoy the FREE calls and SMS since I have already paid for the subscription fee?
Yes, as long as your DiGi Prepaid™ is still active and valid, you can utilise the Buddyz™ FREE calls and SMS.
I am terminating my subscription before it ends. Can I continue to enjoy FREE calls and SMS until the end of my subscription after I have terminated?
No. Once you terminate your subscription, you will no longer be subscribed to New Super Buddyz™ with immediate effect. Your Buddyz™ FREE calls and SMS quota will revert to 1,000 min and 1,000 SMS. If you have exceeded the quota, subsequent usage will be charged at 5sen/min or 5sen/SMS.
I have subscribed to New Super Buddyz™ at 7pm and unsubscribed at 8pm. Subsequently, I decided to subscribe to New Super Buddyz™ again at 9pm – why was I charged RM1 again?
Upon termination, you will no longer be subscribed to New Super Buddyz™ effective immediately – no refunds provided. Therefore, if you subscribe again, you will be charged the subscription fee of RM1.
How do I terminate my New Super Buddyz™ subscription?
To unsubscribe, dial *128*1*3# and your subscription will be terminated immediately.
I have subscribed to New Super Buddyz™ while I have FREE talktime (or other related freebies) in my account – will DiGi utilise my FREE talktime or freebies as part of my Buddyz™ FREE calls and SMS quota?
No. Your FREE talktime and freebies will not be utilised as part of your Buddyz™ quota even if you have subscribed to New Super Buddyz™.
How many times can I subscribe and unsubscribe within a month?
You can subscribe and unsubscribe for a maximum of nine (9) times within a calendar month – after which any attempt to subscribe and/or unsubscribe again will be blocked. This is to prevent excessive abuse on your DiGi Prepaid™ SIM card in case it gets stolen and/or misused. This maximum of nine (9) subscription is shared with all other DiGi subscription services.
Can the FREE calls and SMS in the New Super Buddyz™ be used while roaming?
No. It is only applicable for domestic calls and SMS. Roaming on other networks (local or overseas) shall be charged as per the respective roaming operators' rate.
