Digi Postpaid for Business is suitable for every company who are seeking for the “BEST value for money” mobile plan. Our plan is designed to serve the needs of different  business owners and employees, depending on their monthly usage.

3. What are the major benefits of subscribing the Digi Postpaid for Business?

We have the BEST valued plan in town! We offer FREE Unlimited Voice calls & SMS nationwide, FREE Internet bundle, FREE Voice calls within your company, FREE Social Messaging (WhatsApp & WeChat), Premium IDD & Unlimited Internet Roaming, so that you are always connected to your peers. 4. Is the Digi Postpaid for Business open to MNP customers?

Yes. Digi Postpaid for Business is available for MNP customers who are interested to sign up with our rate plan.

5. Do I have to pay an advance payment if I sign up Digi Postpaid for Business?

Yes. Advance payment of RM150 will be collected if you sign up Digi Postpaid for Business. 

6. Is there any penalty fee if i terminate my plan prior to contract ends?

Yes. There will be penalty fee if you terminate my plan prior to the end of your contract.

7. Do I need to pay a deposit if I am a foreigner signing up for Digi Postpaid for Business?

Yes. You are expected to pay a deposit of RM500 if you sign up Digi Postpaid for Business.

8. What will happen if I sign up for Digi Postpaid for Business in the middle of my bill cycle?

Your monthly commitment fee will be pro-rated for that particular month and only partial Calls & SMS will be granted into your account. However, you will receive the full Internet quota allocated to your plan.
 
 

9. Will I enjoy additional rebates if I sign up for auto-billing?

Yes. you will be able to enjoy auto billing rebates of RM 5 X 6 months for each line that is registered for auto billing.

10. How does the FREE bundled More Calls & SMS under Digi Postpaid for Business 98, 148 and 238 work?

You get to enjoy Unlimited Voice Calls and SMS to both on-net and off-net numbers, i.e. all Voice Calls and SMS to Digi or other network operators including fixed lines (excludes video calls, premium numbers, 1-300 number & 121 number). The Unlimited Voice Calls and SMS are only applicable for domestic usage i.e. within Malaysia network.
 

11. What happens when my monthly usage exceeds the FREE bundled Voice Calls & SMS? Will I be charged for extra usage?

The following subsequent charges will apply once you have exceeded your FREE bundled Voice Calls and SMS:

12. Is it possible for me to upgrade/downgrade or change of plan?

Yes. You are allowed to upgrade/downgrade or change of plan as long as you are NOT bound by any contract. 

13. How does FREE WhatsApp & WeChat work?

Even after you have exceeded your monthly Internet Quota, you will get to continue enjoying FREE Unlimited WhatsApp & WeChat at regular speed.
 

14. Can I use the bundled Voice Calls & SMS under the Digi Postpaid for Business when I am roaming?

All Calls and SMS bundled under Digi Postpaid for Business are only applicable for domestic usage i.e. within Malaysia’s networks. Any usage on roaming will be charged on top of your monthly bill according to the standard rates based on Pay-As-You-Use.

15. Will I still be able to enjoy FREE WhatsApp & WeChat when I am roaming overseas?

No. You will be charged the Internet roaming fee when you use WeChat & WhatsApp overseas. Alternatively, you can still enjoy WhatsApp & WeChat via WiFi.
 

16. What will happen if my monthly Internet quota have exceeded? Will I be charged for extra usage?

No. You still can continue to surf Internet at a slower speed without any extra charges but you are still able to use FREE WhatsApp & WeChat at regular speed. However, you can opt to purchase Internet Top Up to continue surfing Internet at regular speed. 

17. How do I purchase Internet Top Up?

You may purchase Internet Top Up via http://digi.my/topup. However, please take note that Business owners should be responsible for the bill payment of each Internet Top Up. (Maximum amount available for purchase will be based on your credit limit)
