2. I am a Digi Prepaid voice plan subscriber, can I receive this 1GB Welcome Gift?

No, prepaid voice plan subscribers are not eligible to receive this 1GB Welcome Gift.

3. Can I use this 1GB Welcome Gift with any Internet Plans?

Yes, you can. Note that the 1GB Welcome Gift Internet quota will be utilized first before it is deducted from your Internet Plan.

4. Can I receive this 1GB Welcome Gift if I am a ‘Pay As You Use’ customer?

You will need to redeem the 1GB Welcome Gift via MyDigi app within 7 days. Just go to Add-ons > Freebies to redeem.

No, there will be no re-granting of 1GB Welcome Gift if you have missed the 7 days redemption period.

The Big Raya Giveaway program is available on the latest MyDigi app (v5.1 and above).

4. Why am I facing difficulties loading the app?

Please ensure that your device is running on the latest iOS 10 or android 5.0 and above operating systems to enjoy a seamless experience with MyDigi.

5. How do I participate in The Big Raya Giveaway program?

For Postpaid customers, you will need to pay your latest bill in full or purchase add-ons worth RM10 and above, via the latest MyDigi app to participate. For Prepaid customers, you will need to reload a min. of RM15 via the latest MyDigi app. Upon payment completion, you will be rewarded with either a merchant reward or an Internet reward.

You can participate in this program once a day for a total of ten (10) times throughout the campaign period by performing the necessary transactions.

7. My transaction was successful, and I was prompted to redeem a gift. Will I be refunded with another entry into The Big Raya Giveaway program if I close the app before clicking on ‘Redeem Now’?

No, there will be no refund of reward should you fail to click on the ‘Redeem Now’ button when prompted. In this event, your entry will be forfeited. You may obtain another entry by fulfilling the necessary criteria as mentioned in A5.

For merchant rewards, your reward will be located under the MyRewards tab.

9. Will my Internet reward be available for redemption as long as I keep it in my in-app notifications tab?

Yes, the Internet reward notification will appear under the in-app notifications tab until you click on it to redeem.

The validity of your merchant / Internet reward varies and is dependent on the individual merchant/Internet reward.
For merchant rewards, you can view the expiry under MyRewards.
For Internet rewards, you can view your remaining quota under the Usage screen after redemption.

11. I am a ‘Pay As You Use’ customer with no data plan, will I get charged upon claiming the Internet reward?

For Prepaid: Customer that performs the highest reload transaction amount.

15. How will I know if I am a winner of the smartphone?

Digi will contact the Potential winners via phone call (+60166585324) after the campaign period, at no later than 18 August 2017. Please ensure that you are contactable within 2 phone calls or you will be disqualified, and Digi will proceed to select another Potential winner.

16. I am unable to collect my prize in person, how else can I receive my prize?

You may authorize another person to collect your prize on your behalf. Please present a letter of authorization and the identification card of the authorized person upon collection.
