Can I use this Welcome Gift with any of the Internet Plan?
Yes, you can. Note that the Internet Pass quota will be utilized first before quota is deducted from your Internet Plan.
Will I get notified in the next 2 months when MyDigi app grants 1GB to me?
Yes, you will receive a sms and an in-app notification when MyDigi grants 1GB to you.
Upon receiving notification on my 1GB freebie, how long am I given to redeem the freebie?
You will need to redeem the freebie via MyDigi app within 3 days.
When does my validity of 1GB internet expire?
Validity expires 7 days after time of redemption.
Will this Welcome Gift auto-renew on the following month?
No, we will grant the 1GB internet (every 30 days for consecutive of 3 months) into your MyDigi app account, and you must login to MyDigi app to redeem.
How do I check if my 1GB is already in my internet quota?
To check your internet quota please go to MyDigi app > Internet (Swipe left once on usage screen)

What times does the Super Deals refresh?
Superdeals refreshes at 9AM every morning.
What is the validity of my Superdeals after purchasing them?
The validity for each Superdeals are varies and is dependent on the participating merchant. You may check the expiry date of purchased deal in MyRewards screen and the terms and conditions listed in the reward details page. You are not able to utilize the voucher after the expiry date.
Can I exchange my voucher/super deal for cash?
No, the super deals/vouchers can only be used to their intended purpose and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Where can I see the deal that I have purchased?
Upon successful transaction, the purchased deal will be stored in MyRewards screen.
Does the Superdeal only works on android?
No, it works on both ios and android.
What happen if I have insufficient balance, or my account is barred? Can I still purchase the Superdeals?
No, you can’t purchase until you have credit balance or you unbarred you line.

No, all rewards are not exchangeable for cash or transferable to others.
Who can redeem the freebie?
Open to all Digi customers except for the enterprise customers under Digi Postpaid for Business.
Will the freebie granted automatically when I collected 5 badges?
Yes, under normal circumstances, the freebie will be granted automatically once 5 badges is collected. The granted freebie will be display under Internet Usage screen. In the event that the freebie granting does not happen automatically, you will have to click on the prize icon to redeem your freebie.
Can I use this free internet for video, social media?
Yes, you can use the free internet for all internet purposes.
How long is the validity of my reward?
2GB & 3GB internet is valid for 7 days from redemption and 500MB internet is valid for 1 day from redemption
Can I redeem the reward multiple times?
Yes, the rewards can be redeemed multiple times as long as sufficient badges have been collected.
Are all reload methods eligible to obtain badges?
No, prepaid users will only receive a badge upon using the Online reload method.
If I purchase add-ons on MyDigi web, will I entitle to earn badges as well?
No, you can only earn badge when you purchase add-ons via MyDigi app.
