MCMC Consumer Satisfaction Survey (Courier) 2019
Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) will be conducting Consumer Satisfaction Survey (Courier) 2019 from 20 June 2019 until 30 September 2019. Data collection will be conducted daily from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm every day except on national and Selangor public holidays. Please be advised that the purpose of this survey is for data collection only. No money will be collected nor sales solicited. MCMC has assured that personal data collected will be kept in the strictest confidence and will be used only to formulate national statistics. Participation is voluntary; however, cooperation from the recipients is greatly appreciated.
