Prepaid Data Verification Exercise

Digi is carrying out a nationwide prepaid data verification exercise to ensure that all of its prepaid subscribers' registration data is updated.

As part of this, we are making an effort to contact all customers whose data requires to be updated. You will receive the following communication from us:

  • An SMS, with simple instructions on how to update the data.
  • Which is then followed by a call from our customer service agents.

Here are options for you to verify your registration data with Digi:

  • sms

    An SMS will be sent to you, follow the simple steps : SMS PV2 <Name> <IC Number> <Address> to 20000 for free

  • customer service

    You can call in to verify your registration data by speaking to our Digi Customer Service agent @ 016-2995766 (Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm)*

    *Customer Service Agent will reach out to you with the same number

  • store

    You may walk in to Digi Store, click HERE to check the nearest store
