Digi believes in concrete practices to minimize our shared environmental footprint with our customers. By leveraging on digital services such as e-bill even more, we can each contribute to help the environment and combat climate change. As such, the fees for paper bills and itemized bill charges are revised from RM5 to RM10 per month, effective 1 March 2019..
Wish to unsubscribe from paper bill and switch to e-bill?
  • To switch to e-bill and have it sent to your email, just login to MyDigi app and tap on your Name; click "Bills" and go to "Personal" to change your "Delivery Method" under Bill Settings. You can update your email address after unsubscribing from paper bill mode.
  • For Digi Business Corporate customers, log in to MyDigi Business via Connect ID to unsubscribe from paper bill and follow these steps:
    • Go to "Account & Members"
    • Click on the pencil icon under Bill Medium to select your billing preference; either SMS Bill/Email-bill with PDF.
    • Download bills for Free via "Bills & Payment"
