Overview

1. What is the new Digi Postpaid Family offering?

Digi Postpaid Family offering is a Supplementary plan that offers the same great benefits i.e. the Internet quota and Unlimited calls just like the Principal line.

2. Which are the eligible Principal plans?

The eligible Principal plans are as below:
  • A. Digi Postpaid 80
  • B. Digi Postpaid 120
  • C. Digi Postpaid 160
  • D. Digi Postpaid 190

3. Where can when can I sign up for the new Digi Postpaid Family Supplementary line(s)?

Effective from 13 May 2019, you may sign up for the new family line(s) at any Digi Store or Digi Store Express, nationwide!

4. How many new Digi Postpaid Family lines can I sign-up?

You may sign a maximum of three (3) Supplementary lines under the all new Digi Postpaid Family per Principal line.

5. What are the bundled minutes and SMS offering on Digi Postpaid Family?

All your family line(s) sign up under this new Digi Postpaid Family plan will enjoy Unlimited calls and 300 SMS to all domestic networks.

6. How does the ‘Unlimited Calls’ work?

Every day you get to enjoy Unlimited voice calls to both on-net and off-net numbers i.e. all mobile calls to Digi or other mobile operators including fixed lines (excludes video calls, special numbers and toll-free 1-300 number calls). The Unlimited calls are only applicable for domestic usage i.e. within Malaysia’s network.

7. How does the All Day quota and Weekend quota work?

The All Day quota is valid for usage at any time of the day regardless of weekdays or weekends. Whereas, the Weekend quota is only valid for usage during the weekends, from every Saturday 12.00AM to Sunday 11.59PM. Both Internet quotas apply to all networks, both 4G and 3G networks.

8. Can I control my Internet allocation to my family lines?

The Principal line may opt to subscribe to Data Sharing at RM10 monthly. The Principal line is only able to control the Internet quota allocation and deallocation of its own quota to all the Supplementary line(s), however Internet quota for each of the Supplementary line may not be shared and controlled by The Principal.

9. Does the new Digi Postpaid Family line(s) get to rollover any unutilized Internet quota?

No, any unutilized Internet quota for the supplementary line(s) will be forfeited at the end of each bill cycle.

10. What happens when I exceed my monthly Mobile Internet Quota? Will I be charged for extra usage?

No, you will not be charged extra when you and your family line(s) exceed the monthly Mobile Internet Quota. Your data service will be restricted until the next billing cycle. Purchase Share Internet Top-Ups to continue surfing and sharing with your family lines.

11. Can I use the new Digi Postpaid Family to access the Internet when I am roaming? Will I be charged extra?

Your family line(s) can enjoy 5GB Internet and 60mins voice calls for roaming in selected countries/mobile operators at RM35/month. Alternatively, you and your family can opt for daily unlimited Internet roaming (from RM36/country/day) or unlimited social messaging (RM10/24 hours) in selected countries/mobile operators. For more detail, please refer to our Roaming section.

12. Can I use the bundled Internet quota, minutes and SMS under the new Digi Postpaid Family when I am roaming?

All Internet quota, minutes and SMS bundled under the new Digi Postpaid Family are applicable for domestic usage only i.e. within Malaysia network. Any usage on Roaming will be charged on top of your monthly fee at per standard rates based on Pay-As-You-Use basis.

13. I am an existing Digi Postpaid 80 subscriber; can I sign up for the new Digi Postpaid Family plan as a Supplementary line?

Yes, you may sign up for a supplementary line under the new Digi Postpaid Family plan i.e. Digi Postpaid 80 Family as your Supplementary line for only RM38/line monthly.

14. I am an existing Digi Postpaid 68 subscriber; can I sign up for the new Digi Postpaid Family plan as my Supplementary line?

Yes, however you are required to upgrade your existing Digi Postpaid 68 plan to Digi Postpaid 80 and above. Then you sign up for a supplementary line under the new Digi Postpaid Family plan i.e. Digi Postpaid 80 Family as your Supplementary line for only RM38/line monthly.

1. What are the charges for Standard Billing?

Effective 1 March 2019, there will be a monthly fee of RM10/month per line for paper bill statements as part of our Deep Green initiative to promote e-Bills.

2. I’m an existing subscriber with an Itemised Bill subscription. Will there be any changes to my subscription fee?

Effective 1 March 2019, for Itemised Bills there will be a monthly fee of RM10/month per line.

3. What does Standard Billing consists of?

Standard Billing consists of your Account Summary and Details of Charges only (no Itemised Billing).

4. Who will be charged for the New Standard Bill fee?

The new Standard Bill subscription fee will be applicable to all Digi’s Existing & New Mass Postpaid customers who subscribe for paper bills (i.e. Standard Bill only or with Itemised Billing).

5. Do I have an option not to receive/subscribe to any paper bill?

Yes, you can go paperless by changing your billing medium to either PDF Email or SMS Bill. You may walk-in to a Digi Store or call the Customer Service Helpline at 016-2211800 to unsubscribe the Standard bill and/or Itemised Billing. You can then download your bill via MyDigi for FREE.
