7. Will the Weekend quota be granted to me permanently if I sign up during the promotion period?

Yes, you will get to enjoy the Weekend quota for life, as long as you remain on the rate plan and sign up during the promotion period.

Example: You signed up for Digi Postpaid 150 Family during the promotion period. You will get to enjoy 30GB All Day quota and 30GB Weekend quota every month for life, as long as you stay on the same rate plan. If you change your rate plan or terminate your line, the offer will no longer be applicable.

8. Can my free family lines utilize the Weekend quota?

Yes, you and your free family lines can utilize the Weekend quota freely based on a first-in-first-out basis during weekends.

9. How does the All Day quota and Weekend quota work?

The All Day quota is valid for usage at any time of the day regardless of weekdays or weekends. Whereas, the Weekend quota is only valid for usage during the weekends, from every Saturday 12.00AM to Sunday 11.59PM. Both Internet quotas apply to all networks, both 4G and 3G networks.

10. How does the Weekend quota work when I have my bundled All Day quota?

During the weekdays, all Internet usage by you and your family lines will utilize the quota from your bundled All Day quota. During the weekends (every Saturday 12.00AM to Sunday 11.59PM), all Internet usage by you and your family lines will utilize your Weekend quota.

11. Can I use up the total Weekend quota in the first weekend?

Yes, the full Weekend quota will be granted at the start of every bill cycle and you can use up the total Weekend quota within the first weekend. There is no specified quota limit you can use per weekend. If you utilize the quota in full within the first weekend, you will not have any Weekend quota left to use in the upcoming weekends.

12. Can I control my Internet allocation to my free family lines?

Yes, you can control and allocate both the All Day and Weekend Internet quota for yourself and your free family lines via the MyDigi App.

13. I have allocated Internet quota to my free family lines, can I increase/decrease this allocation?

Yes, you can increase and decrease the quota allocation anytime. Example: If you have allocated 100MB to your free family line and he/she has exceeded 100MB, you may increase the allocation to your free family line via the MyDigi App.

14. Can my family lines set or change their own Internet quota allocation?

No, only you can control and allocate Internet quota. All free family lines can only view their allocation and usages.

15. Do I get to rollover any balance unutilized Internet quota?

No, any unutilized Internet quota will be forfeited at the end of each bill cycle.

16. What happens if I exceed my monthly Mobile Internet Quota? Will I be charged for extra usage?

No, you will not be charged extra when you or your family lines exceed the monthly Mobile Internet Quota. Your data service will be restricted until the next billing cycle. To continue surfing and sharing with your family lines, just purchase Share Internet Top-Up.

17. Can I use the new Digi Postpaid plan for Roaming and making IDD Calls?

Yes, you can use the new Digi Postpaid Family plan for Roaming and making IDD voice calls. Enjoy FREE 5GB Internet Roaming and 60 minutes Roaming voice calls while traveling overseas in 10 countries (on participating countries/networks), and 60 minutes of IDD voice calls to the participating 10 countries. Your free family lines can enjoy the same offer at only RM35 monthly.

20. Will my free family lines on the new Digi Postpaid Family be charged for usages that are not included as part of the bundled offer?

Yes. All services that are not included as part of the bundled offer are chargeable based on usage on a Pay-As-You-Use (PAYU) basis, as well as usages beyond the bundled offer of 300 SMS are charged at 10 sen/SMS. This applies to all lines under Digi Postpaid Family, both yourself and your free family lines.

21. Must I take up all the free family lines together at the point of signing up for Digi Postpaid Family?

No. You can take up the free family lines at a later time, when needed.

22. Can I add new family lines via Digi Store Online?

Yes, you can. If you are already subscribed to Digi Postpaid 150 Family or Digi Postpaid 250 Family and wish to add new family lines, you may do so via Digi Store Online provided you have not exceeded the number of family lines under the rate plan.

23. Can I add on a device bundle contract on Digi Postpaid Family plan?

Yes, you can now add on a device bundle contract on Digi Postpaid 150 Family and Digi Postpaid 250 Family plan.

24. Do I have to make any advance payment when I add on a device bundle contract?

Yes, an advance payment is applicable for device bundle contract upon subscription. It will be rebated back to your bill across 12 months.

25. Will there be a penalty if I terminate my contract before the end of my tenure?

Yes, a pre-mature termination fee is applicable. The rates are as below in the table:

Share Internet Top Up allows you to purchase additional Internet quota to share with your free family lines. This will come in handy if you wish to continue to share and surf even after you and your family lines have exhausted your monthly Mobile Internet quota before the end of your billing cycle.

2. What are the available Share Internet Top Up packages?

The available Share Internet Top Up packages are as follows:

3. How do I purchase a Share Internet Top Up?

To purchase a Share Internet Top Up, log on to MyDigi. Alternatively, dial *200*2# to purchase.

4. Are there any other Internet Top Up packages that can be used only by me and not my family lines?

Yes. You can purchase Internet Top Up for your own usage only. To check the available Internet Top Up packages, log on to MyDigi or dial *200*2#.

5. May I purchase a Share Internet Top Up before I have exceeded my monthly Mobile Internet quota?

Yes, you may purchase and share your Internet Top Up quota with your family lines even before you’ve used up your monthly Mobile Internet quota.

6. How many Share Internet Top Ups can I purchase in a month?

You may purchase as many Share Internet Top Ups as you want in a month. However, please note that you may hit your monthly credit limit.

7. How do I check the balance of my Internet quota?

To check the balance of your Internet quota, log on to MyDigi. Alternatively, simply dial *200#.

8. Can I allocate Internet quota from my Share Internet Top Up to myself and my family lines?

Yes, you can control and allocate Internet quota to your family lines via the MyDigi App.

9. I have purchased a Share Internet Top Up. What will happen if I didn’t set an allocation for my family lines?

Internet usage for Share Internet Top Up is on first-in, first-out basis. Both you and your family lines will utilize the Share Internet Top Up quota freely.

10. Can my family lines purchase Share Internet Top Up too?

No. Share Internet Top Up is only eligible for purchase by you, and not your family lines.

11. Can I use Share Internet Top Up while roaming?

No, you cannot use Share Internet Top Up while roaming.

1. What are the charges for Standard Billing?

Effective 1 May 2017, there will be a monthly fee of RM5/month for paper bill statements to promote Deep Green with e-Bills.

Customers can opt for paperless e-Bills via MyDigi, whereby they can view and download their bills for FREE via http://digi.my/bill

2. I’m an existing subscriber with an Itemised Bill subscription. Will there be any changes to my subscription fee?

There will be no changes to the fee price for Itemised Bills, which remains at RM5/month per account.

3. What does Standard Billing consists of?

Standard Billing consists of your Account Summary and Details of Charges only (no Itemised Billing).

4. Who will be charged for the New Standard Bill fee?

The new Standard Bill subscription fee will be applicable to all Digi’s Existing and New Mass Postpaid customers who subscribe for paper bills (i.e. Standard Bill only or with Itemised Billing).

5. Do I have an option not to receive/subscribe to any paper bill?

Yes, you can go paperless by changing your billing medium to either PDF or SMS Bill via MyDigi. You can then download your bills via MyDigi for FREE.
