1. Product Availability
Items advertised for any promotion and Fire Sale are subject to stock availability. 
Availability of items featured differ from one store location to another. Please check with our store staff for assistance. 
2. Refund/Exchange Policy
Please check the product specification and requirements before making a purchase.
When buying a product, you are entitled to a demonstration that the product is working at the time of purchase, and you have either received this demonstration or waived your rights to it. 
Refunds/ exchanges must be made within seven (7) days of purchase and is solely at the Company's discretion. Receipt must be produced for any refunds/exchange. 
Refunds will only be allowed if the product:
- Does not work due to manufacturer’s defect
- Does not match the description by which it was sold
The Company will not be obliged to accept any goods that are damaged or tampered with in any way. Goods must be in new/original condition with all tags and packaging intact, with all packaging and manuals.
In some cases, we may need to send the product to the manufacturer for assessment to determine the eligibility for exchange, refund or repair. 
3. Product warranty
Regular-priced accessories sold at Digi Stores is eligible for limited warranty up to 12 months from the date of purchase. Receipt must be presented together with the faulty item. 
The limited warranty will cover any defects in workmanship and material.
The warranty is invalid if:
Defects and damages were due to misuse, fault of negligence or usage other than the normal and customary manner
Product was tampered with or security seal removed.
The product was modified, disassembled, tampered or attempted repair by any person other than the sole distributor.
3.1 Warranty for Fire Sale items (discount 50% to 70%)
Items sold at Fire Sale at a discount of 50% to 70%, is eligible for limited warranty up to 3 months from the date of purchase. Receipt must be presented together with the faulty item. Due to the limited manufacturer support for markdown sales item, any warranty claims will be handled on a case-to-case basis and subject to availability of repair/replacement.

4. Price Change, Discounts, Sales & Promotions
Digi offers discounts and/or promotions regularly on accessories. Discount, sales and/or promotional offers and prices are only applicable when checking out whilst the offer is still valid. Time restrictions will be stated where applicable. Digi reserves the right to amend, extend or terminate these offers at an earlier date without prior notice. For those who purchase item(s) before or after the sale period, price adjustments will not be made. Any requests for refund of the price change/discount will not be entertained.
