Digi Stepz is a wellness program that rewards individuals for staying active. With this wellness program you will enjoy cash back on the insurance product that you purchase of up to 12% of annualized insurance premium and attractive merchant rewards by just walking.

2. When is the campaign period?

The campaign is open from 3rd November 2018 to 2nd December 2018.

3. Why should I sign up for Digi Stepz?

By participating in Digi Stepz, you will be able to enjoy a variety of great merchant rewards and cash back which is up to 12% of annualized premium in a year by just walking to achieve the minimum required average steps count per day over one month period. Please see the table below:

5. How does this campaign work?

Step 1: You must purchase a fitness watch from one of the Digi Stores in Klang Valley and AXA eMedic product from here, or from AXA teles-sales during the Campaign Period. Purchase of AXA eMedic product through MyDigi mobile application would not be considered as participating under this Campaign.

Step 2: You must download the Fitbit or Garmin and BookDoc mobile applications to pair the two mobile applications together.

Step 3: Digi retail agents must key in the activation code in the BookDoc mobile application in order for you to register for Digi Stepz.

Step 4: You shall be able to sync their fitness watch with its mobile application. BookDoc mobile application will begin retrieving the step counts when both mobile applications are paired.

Step 5: You shall receive a "Welcome" email from BookDoc for successful registration to Digi Stepz within twenty-four (24) hours.

Step 6: You shall be able to enjoy the features of Digi Stepz for a period of twelve (12) months from AXA eMedic insurance policy date.

6. Who is eligible for Digi Stepz?

Only Malaysians from age eighteen (18) to thirty-nine (39) years old are eligible to participate in Digi Stepz.

7. Is there a contract to Digi Stepz?

There is no contract to Digi Stepz.

8. Is Digi the sole organiser of this campaign?

1. What is AXA eMedic?

It is a standalone online medical card that ensures you have affordable and easily accessible protection against rising cost of medical fees. Please refer to the Product Disclosure Sheet for the detailed information.

2. What are the insurance rewards that I am entitled with my participation in Digi Stepz?

You are entitled to the cash back on the insurance policy purchased as per table below for any policy month that you have achieved the average daily steps count as per table below.

3. Will I be informed on my fitness goals progress?

Yes, AXA AFFIN Life will send an email to you to inform about your fitness goals progress and the applicable cash back by the second week of the month. You will be requested to provide your bank account details for AXA AFFIN Life to credit the applicable cash back.

4. When do I receive the cash back?

Upon receipt of your bank account details, we will credit the amount of cash back into your account within the next two (2) months period after completing the current month cycle. For example: if the customer achieved the pre-determined minimum average daily steps count in the first policy month (11 July 2018 – 11 August 2018), we will credit the entitled amount of cash into the customer account within the next 2 months after completing the current month cycle (October 2018).

1. What are the eligible fitness watches for this campaign?

To participate in this campaign, customers have to buy selected models of Fitbit and Garmin fitness watch from participating Digi Stores.

3. Why do I need a fitness watch?

You need a fitness watch to be able to track your number of steps taken on a daily basis which will be used to measure the type of rewards eligible for you to redeem.

4. What are the functions of the fitness watch?

Fitness watch monitors and tracks fitness-related metrics such as distance walked or run, calorie consumption, and in some cases heartbeat and quality of sleep. These features will vary according to the model of the fitness watch.

5. Can I exchange or get a refund if the fitness watch purchased is not working?

Refund or exchange must be made within seven (7) days of purchase and is only allowed if the fitness watch does not work due to manufacturer's defect or does not match the description by which it was sold. Final decision to refund or exchange is solely at Digi's discretion. Receipt must be produced for any refund or exchange. Digi is not obliged to accept any fitness watch that is damaged or tampered with in any way as well as not in original condition with all tags and packaging intact including manuals.

6. Is there a warranty for the fitness watch?

Warranty of fitness watch is covered and fully honoured by the fitness watch manufacturer directly.

7. What should I do once I have purchased the fitness watch?

You have to install the fitness watch (Garmin/Fitbit) app and BookDoc app on your smartphone and perform first time pairing between the two apps.

8. How often must I sync my wearable with BookDoc app?

All you need to do is sync your daily activity stats to your fitness watch app. BookDoc will retrieve your step count from your fitness watch app automatically.

9. I have an existing Fitbit or Garmin fitness watch. Can I still sign up for Digi Stepz without buying a new fitness watch from participating Digi Stores?

No, in order to register for Digi Stepz, you will have to purchase either a Fitbit or Garmin from any participating Digi Stores in Klang Valley during the campaign period.

10. What do I do if my number of steps do not sync to BookDoc App?

Please make sure you have a compatible smart phones and a compatible device or mobile app. If it still doesn't work, please contact us by email at care@bookdoc.com or call us at 1300-88-2362 (Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm, Sat: 9am-1pm).

11. Do I have to open BookDoc app all the time?

No. As long as you don't log out, your device will automatically sync with BookDoc.

12. What is the applicable mobile operating system required to download BookDoc app?

You need an operating system of minimum IOS 8.0 or Android 4.4.

2. How does it work?

Naluri provides daily support and coaching through professionally trained dedicated health coach (qualified health and clinical psychologists). In addition, you get access to dieticians (from IMU), an executive coach, a fitness coach and a medical advisor.
