4. I signed up on Digi Postpaid 138 with device bundle before 11 May 2017. How much SMS can I enjoy?

For all sign ups on Digi Postpaid 138 with device bundle before 11 May 2017, you will continue to enjoy Unlimited SMS to all networks. There will be no changes to your bundled SMS.
 
For all sign ups on Digi Postpaid 138 with device bundle starting from 11 May 2017 onwards, you will enjoy 1000 SMS to all networks. Any usage beyond 1000 SMS will be charged at 10 sen per SMS.

5. What devices are available with the new Digi Postpaid 78, Digi Postpaid 108 and Digi Postpaid 138?

A wide range of smartphones (excluding Samsung Galaxy J3) are available with the new Digi Postpaid 78, Digi Postpaid 108 and Digi Postpaid 138. Check out our Smartphone page for the selections.

6. What devices are currently available with Digi Postpaid 48?

For now Digi Postpaid is only available with Samsung Galaxy J3.

7. Do I get additional Internet quota when I sign up Digi Postpaid 48 with Samsung Galaxy J3?

For Samsung Galaxy J3 sign ups with Digi Postpaid 48, you will get to enjoy additional 2GB Internet quota every month for 12 months, bringing your total Internet quota to 5GB for the first 12 months. Subsequently, your Internet quota will revert to 3GB on the 13th month onwards. 

8. Do I have to make any upfront payment when I purchase a device bundle?

Yes, an upfront payment is applicable for device bundle upon subscription. You will be required to make an Upfront Payment for your device along with a one-month monthly fee when you sign up.

9. What is an upfront payment?

An upfront payment is required when you purchase a device bundle with a selected plan. No waiver is applicable and it will be returned to you in the form of rebates throughout your contract tenure.

10. Will I be tied to a contract if I sign up a device bundle contract?

Yes, you will be tied to a 12/24 months contract when you sign up a device bundle contract of your choice.

11. Will the credit/rebate over bill be used to pay off my monthly fee or my total usage?

It will cover your total monthly usage.

12. Will there be a penalty if I terminate my contract before the end of my tenure?

Yes, you will incur pre-mature termination fee if you terminate your contract before the end of your tenure. The rates are as below in the table:

Device purchase without upfront payment is only applicable to all existing Digi Postpaid subscribers with tenure 12 months and above with Digi during sign up for Digi Postpaid 138 on a 24months contract. Eligible subscribers are only required to pay for the Digi Phone Price instead of the Total Upfront Payment. Device upfront payment is waived.

14. What does "Device With Upfront Payment" refer to?

Device purchase with upfront payment is applicable to all new and existing Digi Postpaid subscribers with less than 12 months tenure with Digi. During sign up for Digi Postpaid 138 on a 24months contract, subscribers are required to pay the Total Upfront Payment. There is no waiver on device upfront payment.

15. Can I subscribe to Internet Sharing on Digi Postpaid plans with device bundle?

Yes, all sign ups on the new Digi Postpaid 78, Digi Postpaid 108 and Digi Postpaid 138 are eligible to subscribe to Internet Sharing at RM10/month.

16. Can I enjoy Free Capture storage with the new Digi Postpaid plans with device bundle?

Yes, all sign ups on Digi Postpaid 48, Digi Postpaid 78, Digi Postpaid 108 and Digi Postpaid 138 will be entitled to enjoy free Capture storage. 

17. Do I get to enjoy full access to iflix?

Yes. All sign ups on Digi Postpaid 48, Digi Postpaid 78, Digi Postpaid 108 and Digi Postpaid 138 will be entitled to enjoy 60 days full access (worth RM20) to iflix, sponsored by Digi. For more information, visit the iflix page.

18. Can I use the new Digi Postpaid plan with device bundle to access the Internet when I am roaming? Will I be charged extra?

Yes, you can use the new Digi Postpaid plan with device bundle to access the Internet when you are roaming. Enjoy 5GB Internet and 60mins voice calls when you roam at selected countries/mobile operators; for FREE with Digi Postpaid 108 and Digi Postpaid 138, RM10 with Digi Postpaid 78 and RM30 with Digi Postpaid 48. Or alternatively, you can opt for daily unlimited Internet roaming (from RM36/country/day) or unlimited social messaging (RM10/24 hours) at selected countries/mobile operators.

19. Who can link their mobile number to their WeChat account & purchase Internet add-on from WeChat?

All Digi subscribers who follow Digi’s WeChat Official Account (OA) will be able to do so.

2. Which plans are eligible for the Internet Rollover feature?

All sign ups on Digi Postpaid plans are automatically eligible for the Internet Rollover feature at no additional cost.

3. How do I sign up for Internet Rollover feature?

As long you sign up on the eligible Digi Postpaid plans, this feature will be available to you automatically. No sign-up is required.

4. How much Internet quota can I rollover every bill cycle?

The amount of Internet quota you can rollover every bill cycle is based on your rate plan subscription, as below:

5. What happens if I have a balance Internet quota of more than the maximum allowable limit to be rolled over?

Any extra Internet quota more than the allowable limit will be forfeited.

Example: If you have our Digi Postpaid 108 with 9GB of All Day Internet quota and you only used 3GB, you will rollover 2GB to the next bill cycle for a total of 11GB to be used within the next bill cycle. 4GB balance will be forfeited.

 

6. Can I rollover my unutilized 4G Weekend quota?

No. 4G Weekend quota is not applicable for rollover. Any unutilized 4G Weekend quota will be forfeited at the end of each bill cycle.

7. How can I check how much Internet quota was rolled over from my previous month?

The amount of Internet quota rolled over will be reflected in MyDigi or you may dial *200*1# to check.

8. How many times can I rollover my unutilized Internet quota?

Your unutilized Internet quota will be automatically rolled over to the next bill cycle, once every bill cycle (provided you stay active on the same plan).

9. I have unutilized Internet quota which I rolled over from my previous bill cycle. Will I get to continue to rollover this quota?

No. Internet quota will rollover for one bill cycle only. Any unutilized rollover Internet quota will be forfeited automatically thereafter.

10. When do I lose my Internet Rollover quota?

Internet Rollover quota expires after one bill cycle, when you change your plan, or when you terminate your line.

11. Who can link their mobile number to their Twitter account & purchase Internet add-on from Twitter?

All Digi subscribers who follow Digi’s Twitter Account will be able to do so.

1. What is Capture?

Capture is a storage service that backups your photos and videos from your smartphone, either through WiFi and/or cellular data. You can also share your photos privately to another user and create Stories through an album.

2. How do I enjoy Free Capture?

All sign ups on Digi Postpaid plans are entitled to enjoy free storage on Capture.

3. How many GB of storage on Capture am I eligible to get?

All users will be given a base storage of 2GB for free. For all Digi Postpaid plan subscribers, you are eligible to receive extra storage on top of the standard 2GB free base storage.

4. How do I receive the extra storage?

Just send the keyword “CAPTURE” to 20000 via SMS and you will receive instructions on how to activate your extra storage.
 

5. I have upgraded from an old Postpaid plan to new Digi Postpaid plan. Do I automatically receive the higher extra storage?

No, you have to send the keyword “CAPTURE” to 20000 via SMS and you will receive instructions on how to activate your higher extra storage.

6. Is there an expiry to my extra storage received?

The extra storage will be available to you for free until further notice.

7. The extra storage will expire on 30th April 2017. What happens after that?

You will still be able to see your photos and videos in Capture, but no longer able to upload new ones.

1. What is Internet Top Up? Why do I need it?

Internet Top Up allows you to purchase additional Internet quota. This will come in handy if you wish to continue surfing even after you have exhausted your monthly Internet quota before the end of your billing cycle.

Yes, you may.

5. I have unused Internet quota under Internet Top Up. Can I carry it forward to the next month or transfer it to another account?

No, all unused Internet quota under Internet Top Up cannot be carried forward nor transferred. Your unused Internet quota may be forfeited at the end of your current billing cycle, depend on the Internet Top Ups that you purchased

6. How many Internet Top Ups can I purchase in a month?

You may purchase as many Internet Top Ups as you want in a month. However, please note that you may hit your monthly credit limit, and that any unused Internet quota will be forfeited at the end of the billing cycle.

7. How do I check the balance of my Internet quota?

To check the balance of your Internet Quota, log on to MyDigi. Alternatively visit http://digi.my/topup or simply dial *200#.

8. How long will it take for my Internet Top Up to activate?

Upon successful purchase, it may take up to 10 minutes for your Internet Top Up to activate.

9. I would like to purchase an Internet Top Up, but I have reached my monthly credit limit. What should I do?

You should settle your outstanding bills before you purchase an Internet Top Up.

10. I have not exhausted my allocated monthly Internet quota, but I have purchased an Internet Top Up. Which quota will be consumed first?

Your Internet Top Up quota will be consumed first. After that, the balance of your allocated monthly Internet quota will be consumed.
